2 Delivering StreetLinks Orders WinTtal (Ttal) Installing XSite Order Manager In rder t wrk with StreetLinks rders, yu first need t install XSite Order Manager (XSOM). T install XSite Order Manager 1. Lg int yur XSite and click Get XSite Order Manager in the XSites Netwrk pane n the left. Or, yu can access the dwnlad page directly at 2. In the windw that appears, click the Click here t install link and chse t Run the file. 3. Once the file is finished dwnlading, the installatin wizard begins autmatically. Just fllw the steps f the installatin wizard t install XSite Order Manager. Nte: When XSite Order Manager prmpts yu fr yur username and passwrd, just enter yur XSite username and passwrd. If yu've been using XSites since 2005, yur username and passwrd may nt be yur XSite lgin infrmatin. T retrieve yur actual username and passwrd, visit the passwrd retrieval page by clicking here t retrieve yur lgin infrmatin. 3 1. Open yur reprt in TOTAL and click Deliver Reprt, Using any XSite Order Manager Plugin frm the menus. 2. Frm the list f plugins, select StreetLinks and click Next. 3. The TOTAL Print Engine appears, allwing yu t select which frms in yur reprt yu want t include in the PDF f the reprt. Select the frms yu want t include, set any ther ptins necessary, and click Print. 4. After yu've reviewed the infrmatin n the StreetLinks Delivery Wizard welcme page, click Next t cntinue. 5. On the next screen, enter yur StreetLinks Appraiser ID and passwrd, click Next t cntinue. 6. Select the crrect appraiser frm the list, then select the apprpriate rder fr this delivery based n the address. Click Next t cntinue. 7. If an ENV file is required fr the rder being delivered, yu ll autmatically see the AI Ready screens and preview yur delivery in the OADI viewer where yu can save the ENV file. If the ENV file is nt required, yu'll autmatically prceed t the next step. Creating the ENV file will include a few extra steps: 3

The Unsupprted frms windw tells yu if there is a frm in yur reprt that can't be included in the ENV file because it's nt available in the AI Ready frmat. If an imprtant frm in yur reprt isn't supprted, yu may need t exit the delivery wizard t chse the AI Ready versin f that frm. Otherwise, click Next t cntinue. If yur reprt wasn't signed, yu'll see the Pick yur signature image step, where yu can chse the file cntaining yur signature image, and that f the supervisry appraiser, if applicable. When yu d, yu can click Reuse this signature the next time t avid repeating 4

When yu're dne with the OADI Viewer, click Next t cntinue. 8. Click Finish t deliver the reprt t StreetLinks. After a few secnds, a message will appear t tell yu the reprt was successfully delivered. Click here fr instructins. Yu'll need yur XSite username (yur address) and passwrd. Click here if yu need t retrieve yur XSite passwrd. 2.
