2 P1 Front Panel Description 4 I I o L Display Window Manual Print/Change Manual Print/Enter Button Button The RESET button is located on the right lower back side of the case. <31 0 / RESET Button Manual Print/Enter Button Manual Print/Change Button This button is used with the CHANGE or ENTER button to start/enter the program mode. In Normal mode, press this to print manually. In Program mode, press this to accept a value or enter a selection into memory. In Normal mode, press this to print manually. In Program mode, press this to change data or advance to the next menu selection.

3 PIX-10 Program Guide for Quick Program Mode To perform any programming instructions, steps must be followed in order. The PIX-10 accommodates two programming modes, normal and quick mode. Either mode can be accessed simply by entering a particular password. To get into normal programming mode, enter the password "8088". This normal program mode programs all the items in the PIX-10. For an easy, quick setup of a particular item in the PIX-10, enter a different password (see chart 1) instead of the normal programming mode password of "8088". The benefit of the quick programming mode is that every print style is assigned to a password. Therefore, it is only required to enter a password to program a specific print style and print direction. P2

5 tiujusuuig The Margin 1. Locate the Card Stopper Adjustment Screw behind the wall mount plate on the bottom of the machine. ~ '-*~-- Screwdriver T 2. Position the paper or time card and adjust the screw accordingly. The print margin can be adjusted a maximum of 22mm (7/8"). There are ruler markings on both sides of the base plate to help you align the card. Card Stopper Adjustment Screw Wall Mounting 1. Remove Wall Mount Bracket by pushing back on "A" top tabs. Then push "B" tabs down. 2. Securely mount bracket on wall using three # 10 wood screws or equivalent. 3. Place the PIX-10 on the Wall Mount Bracket by sliding the 'top tabs into the slots on each side of the case. Push the PIX-1 0 back and down against the wall and bracket until the PIX-10 snaps into place. Be careful not to pinch the power cord with the bracket. 15 using the diagnostic routine The diagnostic routine accommodates L segments check, number of print and a memory clear feature. 1. When all of the L segments are turned on, press the ENTER (right) button to advance to the next step. ' ' ', ; ; 4. To clear the memory and reset the defaults, press the CHANGE (left) button until 3 appears, Press the CHANGE button until 2 appears, 8. When the display flashes 32, press ENTER (right) button. When the Memory is cleared, the value of the following features will automatically reset to the defaults.
