T get benefit f PBX telephny features, OXO versin 2.1 and OXE versin 12.0 are required. The Rainbw web/desktp client prvides a cmplete integratin The supprted Telephny Services are the fllwing : Free/Busy status: the Rainbw presence status is updated with the user s phne free/busy status. Make call: click-t-call n the user s phne can be dne frm the web/desktp client. Answer call: the user can answer any ringing call n his phne directly n the web/desktp client. Release call: the user can release any active call frm the web/desktp client. Call deflectin: the user can deflect any ringing call t its vice mail. Put n hld: the user can put n-hld any active call frm the web/desktp client. And retrieve it as well. Call lg: the user has access t his phne s call lg directly n Rainbw applicatin. Multiple call management: the use cases supprted cver all situatin where the user manages 2 calls, which means : Make a secnd call, and putting the first call n hld. Answer a secnd call, and putting the first call n hld. Call swap between the active call and the n-hld call. Call transfer between the active call and the n-hld call. 3-party Cnference call with the active call and the n-hld call. The actin bar n desktp: she permits t manage PBX calls when Rainbw is hided. It will prpse a wrkarund when identified. Glbally, the new Rainbw sftware is still suffering f sme weaknesses especially n presence n multi-device. The issue is under analysis and will be fixed in the cming versins. 6.1 Web/Desktp Apps T install the desktp applicatin n a PC, Admin rights are requested. Screen sharing is nly ffered n Windws Desktp App, nt n OSX desktp neither in Web App Timestamps: nly sending times are shwn. N infrmatin regarding the received/read time. Desktp cannt be installed n a PC if the native zip system is nt activated. Screen sharing is nly available n the main screen. It is nt pssible fr a user t use an expanded screen.
