There are three trimmers to choose from. If a trimmer is opted to be added / removed, the device must be reconfigured in the AUDIOMaster or the Match Configuration Tool software to reflect correct option added / removed. All ITC faceplate assemblies can be changed power to either LP or HP. The correct receiver needs to be installed and configured in AUDIOMaster or Match Configuration Software. 10 Receiver assembly Receiver - Normal power p/n Solder the wires as shown. Receiver - High power p/n Solder the wires as shown. Silicone tubing p/n Silicone tubing p/n Q-flex tubing p/n Q-flex tubing p/n NOTE : Coating EGC-1700 or SL1367 peters coat must be added after soldering. Page 10 of 15

11 Prepare the faceplate - Trimmer Installation Mark target hole. Drill target hole. Remove debris and insert trimmer, NOTE : Do the same process for additional trimmers. Let the glue cure first then operate the trimmer to ensure that it is not frozen. Drill bit or 1.93mm for the trimmer hole Make trimmer flush even on the external side of faceplate. Use Loctite 416 and glue around the trimmer (internal side). Let it cure. Page 11 of 15

12 Options FOR ITC ONLY TWO TRIMMER OPTION S S A E A E H - TRIMMER L - TRIMMER S A E P - TRIMMER Note: If a trimmer is opted to be added / removed, the device must be reconfigured in the AUDIOMaster or the Match Configuration Tool software to reflect correct option added / removed. If there is a power level change, the correct receiver should be installed and the device needs to be reconfigured on AUDIOMaster or the Match Configuration Software. 14 Service Tool The tool can be used on both sides. One side for size 13 and 312, the other side to be used for size 10 Size 13 and 312 Size 10 When working on the assembled faceplate a heat sink (p/n ) must always be used in order to prevent damages to the components. Page 14 of 15

15 Test Equipment Both programming cable sets shown on this page can be used 312 When testing / programming a battery pill must be used: The device is to be configured with either AUDIOMaster or the MATCH Configuration Software for power level change, and trimmer change options. The Configuration Software can be downloaded from the GTO website: Connect the flex to the programming cable by using the flex end marked with an arrow.
