10 Additional Products SVProxy3 DDNS Video Distribution Bypass Firewallls The SVProxy3 is an optional server that may be required to facilitate communication between SerVision video gateways and client applications running on PCs or mobile devices. The SVProxy3 provides three separate services: SVProxy: facilitates remote viewing and downloading of video from sites equipped with SerVision s DVRs/NVRs when direct peer-to-peer network connections between video gateways and client applications cannot be established SVDistributor: provides multi-cast live streaming to prevent bottlenecks caused by too many users trying to view video from the same Video Gateway simultaneously SVDDNS: enables users to connect to video gateways using a domain name instead of a dynamic IP address SVMultiserver Off-Site Backup Diagnostics The SVMultiserver includes support for two separate services that enable centralized backup and automated system health monitoring for large volume projects: SVDownloader: enables off-site backup/storage of video recordings from vehicles/sites that have been equipped with a SerVision video gateway, so a video history of events is always available (even if the video gateways are offline).
