19 98 BAWER PALLET BOX BAWER PALLET BOX PALLET BOX V66 Opening to the top Black Powder Coated Mechanical and corrosion resistance Laser and/or TIG welding - qualified process The PALLET BOX is made of a pre-assembled modular structure built up of: A central body, endowed with strong fixing brackets with slots placed at a distance of 55mm, that permit the fixing to the chassis, through 8 standard clamps. Two lateral doors in galvanized steel endowed with a special structure which gives the product strength and lightness at the same time. The assembly is easy and intuitive, it consists to connect the pre-assembled central body to the chassis, connecting subsequently the portals on the right and left side of the chassis through rivets and nuts. The loading platform, uniform and free of obstacles, helps pallet loading and unloading operations, while the central separation panel avoids the pallet movement during the transport. The PALLET BOX is available in two versions: Series V66 endowed with opening to the top the door opens out to 150 and is supported by strong gas springs; Series V67 endowed with opening to the bottom a particular movement permits the door to lie down in parallel to the bottom side of the pallet box to avoid encumbrances during pallet loading and unloading operations.
