3 RE Attachment PORTABLE AUDIO EQUIPMENT SYSTEM AND ACCESSORIES A portable column PA system, The EVOLVE 50 from Electro-Voice has 3 channels, and is powered by a 1000 W Class-D amplifier and driven by Electro-Voice's QuickSmartDSP. It's made up of a 15mm wooden, ported, powered subwoofer enclosure housing a 12" subwoofer driver capable of a functional frequency output down to 37 Hz. It has a bi-directional aluminum pole connection to the subwoofer that's secured using a magnet, with the column array gravity-held to the sub pole. The signal is internally routed to the components. The column array consists of (8) 3.5" neodymium drivers that are coupled with the subwoofer to deliver up to 127 db SPL. Eight composite waveguides control high frequencies with 40 of asymmetrical (down-facing) vertical coverage and 120 of horizontal coverage, ensuring that output is suitable for either or both sitting and standing audiences. The sub pole and column array come prepackaged in a carrying bag. It features a processing engine that allows for easy setup via 4 presets (Music, Live, Speech, and Club), along with 3-band EQ, 5 user-programmable presets (Store and Recall settings), output delay, phantom power (+15V), visual limiter status monitoring, input level control and meters, plus master volume control which ensures optimal gain structure. It also includes a carrying case for the array and pole. The Electro-Voice QuickSmart Mobile application utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) technology for wireless configuration, control, and monitoring of up to (6) EVOLVE 50 systems all at the same time.
