10 Receiver assembly BK1610 rec. wires are to be routed as shown. BK1610 rec: Place foamwrap p/n as shown. NOTE : Coating EGC-1700 or SL1367 peters coat must be added after soldering. Page 10 of 16

11 Prepare the faceplate - Trimmer Installation Mark target hole. Drill target hole. Remove debris and insert trimmer, NOTE : Do the same process for additional trimmers. Let the glue cure first then operate the trimmer to ensure that it is not frozen. Drill bit or 1.93mm for the trimmer hole Make trimmer flush even on the external side of faceplate. Use Loctite 416 and glue around the trimmer (internal side). Let it cure. Page 11 of 16

12 Prepare the faceplate - VC Installation Mark target hole. Drill target hole. Remove debris and insert Analog VC NOTE : Let the glue cure first then operate the VC to ensure that it is not frozen. Drill bit or mm for the Analog VC hole Make sure that VC is not protruding too much above the highest point of the external side of faceplate. Use Loctite 416 and glue around the VC (internal side). Let it cure. Page 12 of 16

15 Service Tool The tool can be used on both sides. One side for size 13 and 312, the other side to be used for size 10 Size 13 and 312 Size 10 When working on the assembled faceplate a heat sink (p/n ) must always be used in order to prevent damages to the components. Page 15 of 16

16 Test Equipment Both programming cable sets shown on this page can be used 13 When testing / programming a battery pill must be used: The device is to be configured with either AUDIOMaster or MATCH Configuration Software for trimmer option changes. The Configuration Software can be downloaded from the GTO website Connect the flex to the programming cable by using the flex end marked with an arrow.
