1 Mbile Pay Digital Wallet Mbile Pay - User Guide Mbile Pay applicatin fr smartphnes with Andrid 4.4 Operating System. Mbile Pay is an app that enables yu t make cntactless payments with VTB Bank card in any part f the wrld where cntactless payment terminals are available. Yu can uplad all yur banking cards t the app and select the ne yu wish t make payment with. In rder t make a payment yu shuld activate a mbile device and hld its back against cntactless payment terminal. 1. App dwnlad and registratin T dwnlad the app visit Ggle Play Stre, type name f the applicatin VTB Mbile Pay in the search field r scan crrespnding QR Cde and press Install buttn. The app is free f charge. Registratin is pssible using username and passwrd f the Internet/Mbile Bank. 1

2 If yu are nt a registered user f either Mbile r Internet Bank, visit any branch f VTB Bank fr registratin. If yu have a Call-service Cde, yu have the fllwing registratin ptins: VTB Bank web-site, Internet Bank ( r Htline f the Bank: Authrizatin page Befre authrizatin in Mbile Pay app, yu can access the fllwing features thrugh left functin menu: Register nline if yu are nt a user f VTB Bank Internet/Mbile Bank. Select the app language (ქართ. EN. RU.) Cntact the bank: Reach the call-center Send shrt text message t the bank Send t the bank Visit web-site f the bank Visit fficial Facebk page f the bank Authrizatin Authrizatin requires typing username, passwrd and a ne-time passwrd (OTP, which is valid fr 1 minute), sent t the mbile phne number registered in the bank s database pushing Enter buttn. 2

3 At first authrizatin, the app will require setting PIN-cde (the cde must be a cmbinatin f 4,6 r 8 digits). Yu can change r restre the cde any time, just by accessing system using riginal username and passwrd. If the wrng PIN-cde is dialed during further authrizatins, the user will be blcked in the system upn 3 rd unsuccessful attempt. The user is unblcked autmatically, after 30 minutes. Blcked user can als be unblcked remtely, by cntacting htline f the bank: Adding a card After successful authrizatin, the app will autmatically prpse adding cards. Adding cards is als pssible using ptin Add Card, available in the upper left functin menu f the hmepage. Yu can select desired card in a list and uplad them t the app. Number f card uplads is unlimited. 3

4 4. Hmepage Hmepage visualizes yur card design, available balance and transactin histry. Using an arrw, lcated next t card design, yu can see all upladed cards. Pushing buttn Details prvides fllwing detailed infrmatin: Card type Card number (First 2 and last 4 digits) Currency Available balance Blcked amunt Fr detailed statement, use Statement buttn. Buttn Main sets ne f upladed cards as a default payment ptin. 5 5. Manage cards Manage Cards ptin f the main left functin menu ffers the fllwing sub-ptins: My Cards List f cards, upladed t the app Select default card using buttn. Add Card Select and add the new desired card in the app. Delete Card Select and delete desired card frm the app. 6. Settings Settings ptin f the main left functin menu ffers the fllwing sub-ptins: Security Change PIN-cde f the app Select ne f the available mdes: autmatic r manual mde Autmatic mde enables yu t make payments up t 45 GEL withut pening the app, nly by activating the device and waving it next t the terminal. 5

6 Fr transactins ver 45 GEL, dialing PINcde n the mbile screen is required. With the Manual Mde, any payment requires PIN-Cde authenticatin n the mbile screen. Languages Select desired language. 7.
