CONDITIONS OF SALE CALENDARS Minimum Orders: The minimum order is as per the respective quantities and price outlined under each type of calendar.

Price: Prices given are for one colour (i.e. cyan, magenta, yellow, or black) print jobs only.

DIARIES Minimum Orders: Minimum order of 100 Diaries. Price: Prices quoted for all diaries are inclusive of 2 x 2 block, artwork and gold foil embossing.

Any foiling block of 8 x4 Max @ KES. 25,000/= + VAT. Printing individual names of your special clients KES 190/= + VAT per name per diary.

Upcountry transport will be charged extra @ cost inclusive of VAT. Every effort will be made to deliver exact quantities ordered.

Colourprint Ltd will not accept responsibility for any shortages once the delivery has been received by the client and the delivery note has been signed.

Payment Terms: 70% on order and 30% balance on delivery. For cheque payments, delivery will only be made once 100% of the funds have cleared into our bank account. Price: Prices given are for one colour (i.e. cyan, magenta, yellow, or black) print jobs only. Any extra colour over and above the one free colour will be charged KES 3,000/= per colour + VAT. Logo design will be charged KES 4,/= + VAT. DIARIES Minimum Orders: Minimum order of 100 Diaries. Payment Terms: 70% on order and 30% balance on delivery. Any omissions will be client s responsibility. Upcountry transport will be charged cost inclusive of VAT. Every effort will be made to deliver exact quantities ordered. Any extra up to 10% more or less will be PRO RATA + VAT. Colourprint Ltd will not accept responsibility for any shortages once the delivery has been received by the client and the delivery note has been signed. It is the client s responsibility to count and verify the delivery upon receipt and raise any issues before signing the delivery note. Any orders for diaries and calendars received by Colourprint on or after 01st December 2016 shall be delivered during the second week of January VAT is charged according to the current rate, whether quoted or not. This price list supersedes all other prices issued in writing or verbally for 2017 calendars.

L O G O S I M A G E S VECTOR ARTWORK (.EPS,.AI,.PDF ARE COMMON FILE TYPES) 1:1 Minimum - dpi 2:1 Minimum - 600dpi ARTWORK SAMPLES IMAGES SAMPLES RASTER OR BITMAP ARTWORK (BMP, GIF ARE COMMON FILE TYPES) Please Provide the Following When Submitting Artwork RASTER ART (photos, logos containing any continuous tone images): Artwork Submitted at 1:1 (100%), resolution should be no less than dpi Artwork Submitted at 2:1 (50%), resolution should be no less than 600dpi VECTOR ART: All vector type art is scalable to any size.
