7 Replace Battery - Phone Clip Remove BOT CAP by pulling gently. Locate the two screws and unskrew them Two taps Slide off the BOT cover in the direction as shown to avoid damages to the two taps The battery is fixed to the BOT cover with double sided tape. Push it out by using e.g. tweezer. Unplug it by pushing the battery plug away from the socket onto the PCB When mounting the new battery make sure it is plugged in correct way by pushing the battery plug into the socket as shown. Place the batt in the Bot cover. Slide on the BOT cover, screw the two screws and mount the BOT CAP Page 7 of 11

8 Replace Battery - Mini Mic Screw Remove BOT CAP by pulling gently. Locate the screw and unskrew Slide off the BOT cover and lift out the two buttons Screw To get access to the batt on the back side of the PCB, locate the two screws to separate the PCB from BOT cover Plug/socket Batt wires VC button Unscrew the two screws and lift out the PCB. The batt is fixed to the PCB with double sided tape. Push it out by using e.g. tweezer. Unplug it by pushing the battery plug away from the socket onto the PCB. When mounting the new battery make sure it is plugged in correct way by pushing the battery plug into the socket. Place the batt wires as shown in the pic to avoid damages when reassembling. When mounting the buttons, make sure the VC button is placed in correct pos. Page 8 of 11

9 Replace Clip - Phone Clip Glue Pull off the bot cap, unscrew the two screws and slide off the BOT cover. Loosen the batt from the double sided tape in the BOT cover Remove the silicone glue which is fixing the belt clip pin Tap Flip down the tap of the belt spring by using e.g. a screw driver and pull out the belt clip pin Find a new clip, pin and spring Attach the spring to the clip as shown. Mount the clip with spring to the BOT cover and push in the pin. Make sure it is correct in place before flip up the tap of the spring. Add silicone glue to fix the pin. Remount the batt, slide on the BOT cover, fix the two screws and add the BOT cap Page 9 of 11

10 Replace Clip - Mini Mic Pull off the BOT cap, locate the screw and unscrew it Slide off the BOT cover with the clip VC button Make sure the plastic buttons are correct in place before mounting the new BOT cover with clip. Slide on the BOT cover, fix the screw and mount the BOT cap Page 10 of 11
