Drop Ships will incur a $15.00 Fee EXPRESS SHELF ORDERS PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept Cashiers Check, approved Company Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Initial Custom Piston orders require a 100% prepayment prior to order processing. International orders require 100% pre-payment on shelf and custom orders. Methods of payment for International orders are by credit card or by wire transfer. All orders will be charged the applicable sales tax unless a completed resale card is submitted and on file. SHIPPING Shelf orders are normally shipped same day via United Parcel Service if submitted by 3:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Customer assumes responsibility for all freight charges. All Drop Shipments will incur a $15.00 Fee. An additional $15.00 handling charge will be added for all non-ups domestic shipments. An additional $5 handling charge, per purchase order, will be applied when customer specific UPS billing instructions are requested. * Shipments F.O.B. Huntington Beach, CA RETURN POLICY All returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, available from the JE Pistons sales department. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 90 days from date of shipping and in new un-used condition. CUSTOM PISTONS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Please check packaging for complete details regarding return policy. We will only accept returns purchased directly from JE Pistons with copy of invoice, No 3rd Party Returns! NOTICE Due to the nature of performance applications, all SRP products are sold without any expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SRP shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation or use of these parts. SRP reserves the right to make product improvements/changes without notice and without incurring liability with respect to similar products previously manufactured.
