5 Configure and test 7.1 speakers. 13 Advanced setup Bass Enhancement:: activate subwoofer for music. Center / Bass Output swap: check this box when center and bass channels are exchanged. Side / Back Surround Output Swap: If you experience problems with exchanged rear and side channels in 7.1 mode, change this setting. Mind that the speakertest will not match speaker placement when swap is disabled! If you have a 5.1 speakerset, choose output mode 6. For stereo speakers choose output mode 2. Note: If no sound can be heard during the speakertest, please refer to step 26 for help. 5

8 Enabling S/PDIF out/in and listen to S/PDIF in through speakers When using S/PDIF, set external audio equipment to PCM, 2 Channel or Stereo If S/PDIF output doesn t work at 96 KHz, try lower sample rates.
