5 1. Introduction As it is described in the DoW, CERTH as Work Package leader of WP5 and Task leader of task 5.3 is responsible to prepare the basic dissemination material of the project. The basic dissemination material package includes a PowerPoint presentation, a project brochure and a poster. The brochure and the poster contains the basic information about the project including its key objectives, activities, the INNOVER-EAST partnership and the contact information. The PowerPoint presentation template is the tool that can be used by all partners to present their activities and promote INNOVER-EAST officially. All these dissemination tools materials will be used by the project and cluster partners during the events organized by the INNOVER-EAST or the R2I EaP cluster that our project is part of. Basic Dissemination Material The INNOVER-EAST brochure and poster were created in order to be useful tools to spread information about the project containing key objectives, activities, the INNOVER-EAST partnership and the contact information. 9 Similarly to the brochure the INNOVER-EAST poster was also translated to all official EPC languages and disseminated in electronic format to EPC partners in order to be used in local events. During the project implementation the INNOVER-EAST poster was updated to a second version (2- page version) in order to cover the need of a two-sided poster presentation. 10 The INNOVER-EAST PowerPoint presentation template was designed by the coordinator BZN. The final design was chosen in line with the accepted brochure and poster design. CERTH encouraged all partners to make use of it. Depending on their specific needs partners are allowed to choose the most suitable slides for the content they would like to present. 11 3. Conclusions CERTH prepared the basic dissemination material package in close collaboration with the coordinator BZN. D5.3 exceeded the planned time schedule. The reason of this deviation was that more time than the originally planned was needed for the finalization of the design of the brochure and the poster. Moreover, even more effort and time was needed for the translation of the brochure and the poster to all official EPC languages due to lack of professional translators in some EaP countries. All the finalized tools have been sent to partners via . Since then several events have been organized by the INNOVER-EAST partners where they could make use of these dissemination material.
