5 Glossary 4 Layers of Authentication: User account, access code, phone authorization and a controlled list of IP addresses approved for access enhance security. Access Anywhere: Optional module to remotely control unattended PC s for maintenance, application usage or data access. Alternate Host: Designate a secondary Host for any meeting. Annotation: Draw circles, arrows, check marks, highlight, and underlining etc. on any document, application or website to focus audience attention and emphasize points. Application Sharing: Presenters can run any software application live for others to view in a meeting. Application Sharing w/ Remote Control: Presenters can hand control of applications, desktop, or web browser to individual meeting attendees. Attendee Attention Indicator: An icon appears next to attendee name when another application is accessed during online sales presentation. Attendee Join Before Host: Host may enable attendees to arrive and see pre-selected automated content before host has joined event. Audio Conferencing In Break-Out Sessions: Using WebEx integrated audio, a host can start a breakout session with a separate audio sub-conference. Attendees have the ability to stay in the main session audio conference or move to the breakout session audio conference. Audio Conferencing In Hands On Lab: Using WebEx integrated audio; a host can start a HOL session with a separate audio sub-conference. Attendees have the ability to stay in the main session audio conference or move to the HOL audio conference. Auto-Play Presentation: As each attendee joins they can view a presentation, which runs automatically, or is attendee controlled. Auto-Screen Resolution Adjust: In desktop and app share, attendees screen automatically adjusts to view the presenter s entire screen. Auto Record Session: Each session can be recorded for use in archival or training purposes. Automated Enrollment/Registrations: Customize enrollment/registration questions and manually or automatically approve registration requests. In EC create rules to autoroute into enrollees into accepted, declined or pending and send appropriate responses. Automatic Scoring & Grading: Scores can be assigned to individual questions and overall for the test. You can also specify grades for the test, based on the scores. Scores & Grades are automatically calculated and assigned after submission of the test by the attendee. Instructor Scoring: Allow instructors to score essay type questions in tests. Integrated ecommerce: This is feature provides you with the ability to charge either the Attendee or the Host for training. International Call Back: Allows international attendees to enter their phone number, including country code, into the WebEx online meeting client and instantly be called back by the audio conference bridge. International Free Phone: A flat rate fee paid by the host for attendee calls originating outside the US for certain international markets. Invite Subject Matter Experts: Maintain a database of experts that you can schedule for a meeting or invite on the fly. Java Client: Platform-independent client for hosting and viewing meetings. Java Downloader:Platform-independent viewer for attending meetings.
