Mute Attendees When Jining Meetings (VIP) When GTMeeting attendees jin a sessin in cmputer audi mde (VIP) via the desktp app, they will nw be autmatically muted by default (which will help imprve audi quality by preventing feedback and ech). They will als see a tip ntifying them thatt they are currently muted and can click the Mic icn t unmute themselves at any time, as well as a link t change their jin preferences fr future sessins. (GTMNKCC-2924) Nte: Attendees wh jin muted will be treated the same as when they mute themselves during a sessin, meaning that rganizers will nt be able t initially unmute them (either individually r by clicking "unmute all") until the attendee first unmutes themselves. 1

3 Date Picker fr Mac "Schedule Sessin" Windw When Mac rganizers schedule a meeting using the desktp app, they will nw be able t select their date using a pp-upp calendar. Previusly, they had t use the arrw buttns t select a date r type it in manually. (COLLABEP-7912) Test Audi Device Cnnectin frm the Hallway The "Chse audi ptin" sectin f the Hallway windw has been imprved as fllws: When attendees select Cmputer Audi, they nw see the device selectin drp-dwn menus, which makes it easier fr attendees t select and test their audi devices befree the sessin begins. Previusly attendees had t click Test yur sund, which wuld pen the Preferences windw (frm which they culd select and test devices). When attendees select Phne call, they can nw hver the muse ver the new Inf icn t see an explanatin f what the Audi PIN is used fr (e.g., t display yur name t ther participants and t enable muting/ /unmuting). 4 Revised Messages fr Making Instant Jin Attendees Presenter When an rganizerr prmtes an Instant Jin attendeee t Presenter, they will nw see revised messaging the better reflects the behavir f GTMeeting (as fllws): If the attendee is running Ggle Chrme and has nt yet dwnladed the GTMeeting Pr Screen sharing brwserr extensin (which is required fr Instant Jin attendees t Present), then rganizers will nw see the fllwing message: "Change presenter t? It'll take them a minute t dwnlad a small extensin when yu ask them t present. " They can then click Send Present & Dwnlad Request t cntinue. If the attendee is running Ggle Chrme and has previusly dwnladedd the brwser extensin, then rganizers will nw see the fllwing message: "Verify presenter change. Are yu sure yu want t make the Presenter?". They can click Yes t cntinue. If the attendee is running a brwser ther than Ggle Chrme, then rganizers will cntinue t see the existing message: "Verify presenter change. Previusly, the message fr prmting Instant Jin attendees running Chrme t Presenter incrrectly stated that the attendee wuld need t first switch t the desktp app befree becming Presenter, even thugh the ability fr Instant Jin attendees n Chrme t share their screens using a brwserr extensin was intrduced last year. 5 Csmetic Updates t "Invite Attendees" Windw The Invite Attendees windw has been given a new layut, as well as a new lk and feel. (GTMNKCC-2897) This includes the fllwing changes: The windww is nw titled "Invite peple" (previusly "Invite thers"). The maximum number f attendees that can jin is nw listed at the tp f the windw. The Jin URL is listed directly n the windww (previusly, users had t click ne f the buttns t see it). The Cpy buttn nw cpies nly the Jin URL itself (previusly it cpied all f the sessin infrmatin). GTTraining nly: Bring Desktp App t Frnt after Breakuts Once a breakut has been ended, attendees wh jined the training via the Windws desktp app will nw seee the Viewer windw return t the frefrnt f their screen. Previusly the Windws Viewer windww was nt autmatically brught frward, s sme attendees were cnfused abut hw t rejin the main sessin (the Mac versin always had this behavir in place) ). (GTT-3450) Open My Recrdings Page fr Scheduling Organizers Only At the end f a training that is being recrded using nline recrdings, the My Recrdings page will be autmatically pened nly fr the scheduling rganizer. Previusly, all c-rganizers were als directedd t the My Recrdings page at the end f the sessin, even thugh they did nt have access t the recrding. (GTT-3469) GTMeeting, GTWebinar and GTTraining: Updated Vice Audi Engine (v1.6.2, b193) and Media Prcessing Library (v8.0.1) The Vice Audi Engine used t cnnect sessin participants t the audi cnference has been updatedd t the newest versin (v1.6.2, b193). This new versin includes multiple changes and fixes, including "'Audi Device Failed' Ntificatin" and the bug fixes described belw. (COLLABEP- 9484; -9507) 5
