OpenTuch Cnversatin Web is an OpenTuch cnferencing client fr emplyees and guests f yur enterprise that gives access t cllabratin services such as instant messaging, dcument r desktp sharing, participants management. OpenTuch Cnversatin Web is a web applicatin that runs in any recent brwser and des nt require specific sftware installatin t access main features. Advanced features like sharing yur desktp require sftware installatin. 2. Start OpenTuch Cnversatin Web Yu receive an invitatin fr a cnference. Yur cntains an URL t cnnect yu t the meeting. Click the URL invitatin t pen the welcme page. The header displays the title and the rganizer f the meeting. Select yur language 1. Define yur avatar/pht which appears during the meeting. Everyne in the meeting will see this avatar/pht. Imprt a picture frm yur device. Chse an available avatar. Take a picture by using the camera n yur device. Keep the predefined avatar. 2. Type yur first and last name (required) 3. Select hw t jin the audi meeting: Withut audi because yu are already in audi cnversatin with this cnference. Call-back ptin by entering the number t be called back n fr the meeting. If a passwrd is required fr audi meeting, yu will have t enter the passwrd (digits nly) t jin the audi meeting (external user). 4. If the meeting rganizer has given yu the leader rle, yu can access advanced features such as managing presentatin (change page, uplad dcument, anntate) and attendance (mute, add, drp peple). Skip this step t jin as a participant. 5. If a passwrd is required fr the nline meeting, yu have t enter the passwrd t jin the web meeting (external user). 6. Jin the meeting. If yu selected the call-back ptin, the system will dial the number prvided A warning is displayed, launch the diagnstic (click the link) and fllw instructins. 4 Yu jin a meeting as a participant r a leader. The leader can access advanced features. The leader rle: Add r remve participants. Mute r un-mute a participant. Share dcuments. Anntate dcuments. Share desktp. Prmte participants t leader rle. 3. Hmepage Yur pht/avatar and yur name are displayed in the header and are seen by everyne in the meeting. The stage displays shared cntent such as dcuments, web presentatins and desktp sharing. List f meeting participants. Actins available depend n yur rle in the meeting (leader r participant). Mute/un-mute the cnversatin (line is muted when the micrphne is red). Call yurself back r hang up yur audi line. Share dcuments r yur desktp during the cnversatin. 5 4. Manage participants Actins available depend n yur rle in the meeting (leader r participant) and the type f cnversatin (audi). Display the list f participants On the pht/avatar, the rle and the cnversatin type are displayed. The participant has the leader rle. The participant jins the meeting withut audi. Select a participant t display available actins Mute/un-mute (leader). Start a private instant messaging cnversatin with the selected participant. Prmte the selected participant t leader rle (leader). Drp the selected participant (leader). 5. Add a participant t the meeting (leader) Display the list f participants Add a participant in audi nly, by entering their number. Send invitatin by Start an instant messaging cnversatin during the meeting Start a public instant messaging cnversatin and see a list f nging public and private cnversatins. 6 During cnversatin Send message. Insert emticns. The title bar f the instant messaging windw displays the participant r the list f participants wh can see the instant messages. If yu have ne r mre private instant messaging cnversatins, yu can switch between participants: select it in the list f cnversatins. : clse the selected instant messaging cnversatin. 6.1 Share dcuments during the meeting If yu have the leader rle, yu can share dcuments with all participants f the meeting. Use the share icn t start sharing dcuments. The number f upladed dcuments (ready t share) is displayed. Management panel: Add a new dcument by selecting the file n yur cmputer (leader). Yu can add the dcument by dragging and drpping it t the applicatin. Select hw t share the dcument: All participants can nly view the dcument. All participants can nly dwnlad the dcument. All participants can view and dwnlad the dcument. Share the dcument (leader) Dwnlad the dcument t yur persnal cmputer. Delete the dcument (leader). 8AL90646ENAAed01 6 /9

Select a page in the dcument (leader). Use thumbnails t display the pages f the dcument (leader). Use the full- r wide-screen mde. Use the highest reslutin t display the dcument. Anntatin tls (leader): Use a pen (t draw freehand), a highlighter (t highlight a specific area) r shapes (t draw lines and rectangles) t anntate the dcument. 8 6.2 Share yur desktp during a cnversatin (leader) If yu have a leader rle, yu can share yur desktp with all participants f the meeting. Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise sftware is required if yu have t share yur desktp via the OpenTuch Cnversatin Web (OTC Desktpsharing). Please check yur cnfiguratin by selecting Diagnstic when yu start OpenTuch Cnversatin Web and fllw the instructins if the sftware is nt installed. Use the share icn t start sharing yur desktp. Select the mnitr t share. A ppup requires validatin. Management panel: Share a mnitr with the ther participants (mnitrs yu are cnnected t are autmatically displayed). Pause the sharing.
