Individual Conference Sponsorships: MGMA of Greater St. Louis hosts two full-day conferences that include educational sessions and networking opportunities. Spring Conference, which draws practice managers from across the area and offers topics pertinent to leadership, healthcare, human resources, finance, etc. Fall Conference, which focuses on insurance and advocacy issues. This conference provides tools and resources for both practice managers and billing staff. The following sponsorship opportunities are available for each full-day conference. The prices are per conference. This E-Newsletter is a key piece of our member communications strategy. $100 per month Website Sponsorship Prominent space on the home page in the scrolling carousel is available to sponsors. $250 per month Alternatively, we are offering a Featured Sponsor section on the home page that will include logos and links to sponsor s websites. $125 per quarter Meeting Sponsorship St. Louis Monthly Meeting Sponsorship For Members only! Sponsor one of our St. Louis area monthly meetings at $300 and receive the following benefits. Monthly Meetings will be held in February, April, May, June, August, September, November & December. The opportunity to place your marketing materials at each place setting. Up to five minutes at the podium to highlight your business before the speaker begins. This could include a client testimonial. Corporate banner(s) can be placed at the front of the room. A registration list sent after the meeting. Giveaway: Free attendance at a future monthly meeting in your name. Southland Quarterly Meeting Sponsorship For Members only! Sponsor one of our quarterly meetings held in the Southland region at $150 and receive the following benefits. The opportunity to place your marketing materials at each place setting. Sponsor one of our monthly webinar meetings at $300 and receive the following benefits. Webinar meetings will be held in January & July. The opportunity to place 2 slides in the slide deck (after the organization s slides and before the speaker s slides).
