7 Downloading Application from desktop download link Procedure. On the desktop for: Windows: Double-click the Avaya Equinox Setup file. Mac: Double-click the Avaya Equinox Setup file.. Accept the terms of the license agreement, select the default values, and complete the installation. By default, the Windows installer installs Avaya Outlook Plugin and Web Extension. If you do not want to install these by default, select the Custom setup type and disable the Avaya Outlook Plugin and Web Extension installation.

13 Dialing From Keypad. Press on the Dial Pad. Type the Number 3. Press on the Audio icon for Audio only call 4. Press on Video icon for Audio & video call 3 4
14 Dialing From Contact 3. Press on Contacts icon. Press on the contact you want to dial 3. Press on Audio/Video icon to call
15 Dialing From Call History. Press on the Contact which you need to call from History. Press on the Audio or Video icon to place the call Normal click for Audio Call Right Click for Video Call
16 Dialing From Instant Message Card. Double Click on the number you would like to dial. Press on the Audio or Video icon to place the call
17 Answering/Ignoring incoming calls. Press on the green button to answer the call. Press on the red button to ignore the call
18 View the IM Messages. Click on the IM symbol. Press on the message you want to view
19 Start new IM Conversation 3 4. Search the contact you want to send IM message for him. Select user to start IM messaging with him 3. Add attachment as Audio, Video, or Photo to the conversation 4. Text message
20 Start new IM Group Search the user you want to add to the conversation.. Drag and Drop the user to the (New Conversation +) menu 3. Click on IM symbol to start the IM conversation 4. Add attachment as Audio, Video, or Photo to the conversation 5. Text message
21 View the Call History. Double Click on History. History Records is showing Note: You can access the history directly from the History icon
