2 Remote Access User Guide for Mac OS Please follow the steps outlined in this guide which will show you how to access the Clarion Partners applications via Citrix or VPN. Please note that the Clarion Partners HelpDesk phone number and address have been updated. This contact information can be used if you have any questions about or problems with Citrix while installing the application on your computer. 3 Section 1: Accessing Citrix Applications outside the Office STEP 1 Remote Access User Guide for Mac OS Using a web browser, navigate to: to open the CP Remote site. If this is the first time you are using Citrix on your computer, please follow the steps below. If this is not your first time, skip to step 6. STEP 2 Click here on the Login screen (see below), to begin the download of the Citrix software. STEP 3 Select an appropriate Download link to install Citrix client (see screenshot above). For Windows 10 you have to identify the version (32bit or 64bit), see the link below the options on how to determine if you have a 32bit or 64bit Windows. For Windows 10 and MAC users select the appropriate link, you have to download the Citrix Receiver and (ScrewDrivers) print utility to assist in printing to your local computer. Page 3 of 8

4 Section 2: Accessing Citrix Applications with a MAC STEP 1 Select the appropriate Download link to install Citrix Receiver (see screenshot above). Click on Download and then Save File. Go to your downloads and click on the downloaded file to install. STEP 2 Install the Citrix Receiver. Select Continue through all the installation prompts and complete the install. STEP 3 On your Mac, go to the Finder and select Go to access your Applications. In the Applications list click on Citrix Receiver to launch. STEP 4 In the Citrix Receiver window that opens, enter ipad.clarionpartners.com into the server address field. Page 4 of 8

5 STEP 5 In the setup screen enter your username, network password and RSA passcode to connect (as shown below) In the logon screen, enter your credentials again. Note that the username field must be entered using CP\username format; e.g. CP\jdesjar. Page 5 of 8

6 Click on the + to access the applications Click on any and all apps to add shortcuts to the front page. Click on the app to run. After every closure of the Citrix Receiver, you will be required to enter your login information to reconnect. Page 6 of 8

7 STEP 6 On the CP remote site ( log in by completing the following information and clicking on <Log On>: User Name: Your user name Password: Your windows password Tokencode or PIN: Number displayed on the RSA Token or your PIN. You will see a list of applications you have access to under the APPS tab. If you do not see the applications as expected, click on the Categories tab to bring you back to the Main access point in Citrix. If you are in the Categories tab, and do not see a way to access the applications as expected, contact the Clarion Partners Helpdesk to request access. Once you locate the application you want to open, click once on the icon to open. For example, to access The Clarinet, click on the Clarion Partners Applications folder and then click on the icon named Clarinet. Page 7 of 8

8 The DESKTOPS tab provides you access to the Clarion Desktop Environment (this is not your actual office computer) Click on the Clarion Desktop icon to open. This is a great place to access the files on your networks drives (N:, H:) and access applications as if you are working on one of the CP computers remotely. Page 8 of 8
