4 L&D Launches a Webinar Pilot Program Conducted Benchmarking Study To indentify webinar best practices on soft skill topics that are educationally-based by other training providers. Determined that there wasn t a vendor we could hire to design and deliver webinars. We would need to create a program with our external contracted trainers to do it ourselves.
