1 Citrix Receiver Download: Citrix is required to access Health Net and Centene IT Systems Citrix Receiver for Windows 1. Type in your browser s address bar and hit enter 2. Scroll down, click on Earlier Versions of Receiver for Windows 3. Select Download Receiver 4.5 for Windows Note: Citrix Receiver may automatically detect your device s operating system 4. Scroll down and click on Download Receiver for Windows 5. Download/Save the file Page 1 of 7,

2 6. You may need to Run as administrator 7. NOTE: After the Citrix Receiver has installed, it will prompt you to enter an or server address. This information is NOT needed. Click CANCEL to skip this step. As long as the Citrix Receiver plugin is installed and running, you will be able to launch your Citrix applications. Look for the Citrix Receiver icon in the lower-right hand corner (task bar). If found, Citrix Receiver has been successfully downloaded and installed. Citrix Icon: If not found, search for Citrix on your computer and click on the file to launch an install routine. 8. When Citrix is successfully downloaded, follow the steps in the guidance document called Step 2 - Call the Service Desk to Request Passwords and Account Set Up. 3 Citrix Receiver for Mac: Only MAC: the Citrix website detects which device you are using and offers you that version of Citrix Receiver. 1. Go to 2. Put your cursor over Downloads tab 3. Select Download Receiver The screen will appear as shown 4. Click on Download Receiver 12.4 for Mac **Mac User: Citrix website automatically detects the version of Citrix Receiver** Page 3 of 7,

4 5. Use Finder or navigate to your Downloads folder to locate the Citrix Receiver.dmg file on your Mac. 6. Double-click on the Citrix Receiver.dmg file to open it. 7. Double-click on Install Citrix Receiver.pkg. a. b. c. d. 6. On the Welcome to the Citrix Receiver Installer box, select the Continue button. 7. On the Software License Agreement box, select the Continue button. 8. To continue installing the software, you must agree to the terms of the software license agreement. Select the Agree button. 9. On the Standard Install box, select the Install button. 10. Installer is trying to install new software. Type your password to allow this. Enter the password for your computer and click the Install Software button. 11. On the installation Summary box, select the Close button. 12. When Citrix is successfully downloaded, follow the steps in the guidance document called Step 2 Call the Service Desk to Request Passwords and Account Set Up. 5 Citrix Receiver for ipad Note: To bring up the ipad keypad, touch the top of the screen and bring down the option bar. It will have a little keypad on it. 1. Go to the App Store. Search for Citrix Receiver 2. Select GET and INSTALL. Note for Mac User: Citrix website automatically detects the version and devices of Citrix Receiver 3. May require Sign In and Verification to App Store to start download 4. After successful download screen appear as shown. NOTE: You do not have to Add Account Page 5 of 7,

6 5. Press Home button to view Citrix Receiver is on your screen. See below 6. Open Safari icon and enter at the address bar 7. Log in with your Associate ID (A08xxxx) and Healthnet Network password, and DUO method 8. You are now at screen shown. Select Open in Receiver Page 6 of 7,

7 9. Wait for it to Launch, and then you will be at the W7-Desktop 10.
