4 Android multifactor authentication example 1. Enter your personal Unisys Network Domain ID (example: SmithR ) and tap submit 2. Select Method to Receive your 2 nd factor authentication Registration Code and tap submit 3. Receive your Registration Code via the method selected 4. Enter your Registration Code and tap submit 5. 6 Android accept Deltek T&E Terms of Use 1. Tap Terms and Use of Service to view and read the Deltek license agreement 2. Tap I accept these terms to accept 3. Tap Off next to Usage tracking enabled to turn off usage tracking 4. Enter your Registration Code and tap submit 5. 8 Android - Set up your Deltek PIN and log in 1. For ease of use it is recommended to set up a PIN for subsequent Deltek access 2. Enter a four-digit PIN, and then re-enter the PIN for confirmation 3. Please wait as you are logged in to Deltek T&E 4. 10 Points to note Note you will only receive prompts for the 2 nd factor SecureAuth authentication registration method once every 15 days, unless you clear your browsers cache and cookies You will be only prompted to accept the Deltek T&E Terms and Conditions once, unless you clear your browser s cache and cookies After having set up your Deltek PIN, you will use this PIN for subsequent logins into the Deltek T&E application, and for signing timesheet If your domain password changes, your PIN will fail authentication and you will be required to login with new password by tapping Change User option. After login with the new password, the system will give you the ability to create a new PIN There is a 20 minute Deltek T&E inactivity timeout, after which you will be prompted to re-enter your PIN There is a one hour SecureAuth inactivity timeout, after which you will be prompted to reauthenticate with SecureAuth 2015 Unisys Corporation.
