1 Before configuring the IP address and network settings, complete Step 2 - How to Configure IP Address, network Settings, and Firewall. Enter the IP address, Subnet mask, and Gateway for each static route. Hostname Enter a hostname to allow access to the by name in addition to the IP address. Before you enable automatic provisioning, verify that your is not on the same network segment as an existing PBX system, otherwise it may re-provision the current system s existing phones. Choose a normal warning level and interval to configure messages at or above that level to be batched and sent out at the specified interval.
