3 I. Purpose The purpose of this document is to provide an overview of the end user experience of the Password Self Service web application. II. Overview In coordination with company policy 1610, Password Controls, a third-party solution has been implemented to assist with password changes and policies. III. End User Experience The Self Service Application provides the End User with the ability to enroll in the service, change their current password, and if the forget, they can reset their password. 1.
