After logging in, click on the click here to continue link. You will be prompted to download and install the OpenVPN Connect software. Allow any security pop-ups pertaining to the installation of the OpenVPN Connect software. STEP 3 STEP 4 Run the OpenVPN Connect installer and allow the installation to finish. Right-clicking on the OpenVPN Connect icon will reveal a dialog from which you can disconnect from the VPN, configure options, and close the application. Click on Connect....

2 Page 2 of 12 STEP 5 STEP 6 The OpenVPN - Connect window will open with the hostname automatically filled in. Click Continue. The OpenVPN Connect login screen will appear. Enter your username and and click Connect. STEP 7 STEP 8 A warning window will pop up asking if you want to allow the VPN connection. Click Yes to continue. After a few seconds, you will see a pop-up in the notification area indicating that you are now connected to the MetroCloud server. STEP 9 STEP 10 VPN Login URL: Your VPN Login Info: Username Username: Password Password: MetroCloud Login VIC URL: MetroCloud Login Mobile URL: Your 3 User Accounts Login Info: Super Supervisor Username: Supervisor Password: Operator Operator Username: Operator Password: To begin the MetroCloud Client installation, again open Internet Explorer and go to the MetroCloud Login VIC URL as shown on your MetroCloud login information sheet. When prompted, enter the appropriate username and as listed on the sheet. Once on the MetroCloud Internet Client Installation screen, an Internet Explorer security warning will pop-up. Click Don t allow, since this will stop the browser-based client from running.

3 STEP 11 Page 3 of 12 STEP 12 Click on the Download Standalone Client button. Run the installer after the download completes. Allow the installation to complete, and leave the checkbox checked to run the MetroCloud Internet Client. STEP 13 STEP 14 Enter your username and in the MetroCloud Server Log In screen. Click Connect. You will now see a MetroCloud Internet Server Connection Status pop-up. Once the MetroCloud screen is loaded, you can close this pop-up. STEP 15 You are now connected to the MetroCloud Internet Server.

4 Page 4 of 12 OS X Quick Start Instructions STEP 1 STEP 2 In your preferred web browser, go to the URL Click on the download link to download Viscosity for Mac. STEP 3 When the download is complete, double click the DMG file and drag Viscosity.app to the Applications folder. Find Viscosity in your Applications folder and open it. STEP 4 Viscosity will prompt you to install its helper tool. Click Install to continue. STEP 5 Click on the Viscosity icon in the upper-right toolbar and choose Preferences. STEP 6 In the preferences window, click on the + sign in the lower left corner. Choose Import Connection > From Server. For the Address, enter us. Enter the VPN login username and as shown on your MetroCloud login information sheet. Click Import.

5 Page 5 of 12 STEP 7 STEP 8 Click on the Viscosity icon in the toolbar, and click on the Connect option that corresponds with your username. Re-enter your username and. Check the Remember details in my Keychain checkbox if you want to automatically sign in from now on. STEP 9 STEP 10 VPN Login URL: Your VPN Login Info: Username Username: Password Password: MetroCloud Login VIC URL: MetroCloud Login Mobile URL: When connection is successful, you will see a pop-up indicating that you are now connected as well as your username showing its status as being connected. Your 3 User Accounts Login Info: Super Supervisor Username: Supervisor Password: Operator Operator Username: Operator Password: To connect to the MetroCloud Internet Server, again open your preferred browser and go to the MetroCloud Login VIC URL as shown on your MetroCloud login information sheet. When prompted, enter the appropriate username and as listed on the sheet. STEP 11 You are now connected to the MetroCloud Internet Server.

6 Page 6 of 12 ios Quick Start Instructions STEP 1 STEP 2 In the Safari app, go to the URL metrocloud.us. Enter the VPN login username and as shown on your MetroCloud login information sheet. After logging in, tap on the OpenVPN Connect for ios link. You will be automatically redirected to the App Store to download the app. STEP 3 STEP 4 The OpenVPN Connect app store listing will be shown. Tap on the Get button and install the app. Once the OpenVPN Connect app is installed, open it. You will need to import your user-locked profile, so switch back to the Safari app.

7 STEP 5 Page 7 of 12 STEP 6 In Safari, tap the bottom link, Yourself (userlocked profile). This will bring up your options for the file client. ovpn. Choose the option Open in OpenVPN. ios will automatically switch to the OpenVPN app. STEP 7 STEP 8 In the OpenVPN Connect app, you will see a header that says new profiles are available. Find the profile that matches your username, and tap on the green plus sign button next to it. This will import your profile to the OpenVPN app. Enter your username and. Tap the Save toggle switch if you want your login info to be saved for future logins. When you re ready to connect, tap the Connection toggle switch to begin connecting.

8 Page 8 of 12 STEP 9 STEP 10 A verification window will pop up. Tap Yes. Once connection is successful, you will see your status as Connected. When prompted, enter the appropriate username and as listed on the sheet. You are now connected to the MetroCloud Internet Server.

9 Page 9 of 12 Android Quick Start Instructions STEP 1 STEP 2 In the Chrome app, go to the URL metrocloud.us. Enter the VPN login username and as shown on your MetroCloud login information sheet. After logging in, tap on the OpenVPN Connect for Android link. STEP 3 STEP 4 A pop-up will appear asking you what to open the link with. Choose Play Store and Just Once to open the OpenVPN page in the Google Play Store. On the OpenVPN page in the Google Play Store, tap the Install button.

10 STEP 5 Page 10 of 12 STEP 6 Return to the Chrome app and tap Yourself (user-locked profile) at the bottom to download the user profile. Open the OpenVPN app and tap the OVPN Profile menu option. STEP 7 STEP 8 Tap Allow to allow OpenVPN access to the files on your device. Navigate to your Download folder, or wherever your files are downloaded to by default.

11 STEP 9 Page 11 of 12 STEP 10 Click on client.ovpn and a checkmark will appear next to it. Select IMPORT in the top right corner. Either check Save and retype your, or select ADD in the top right hand corner. STEP 11 STEP 12 Once finished, tap the slider bar and enter your if prompted to connect to the VPN. Tap OK to allow OpenVPN to set up a VPN connection on your device.

To connect to the MetroCloud Internet Server, again open Chrome and go to the MetroCloud Login Mobile URL as shown on your MetroCloud login information sheet. When prompted, enter the appropriate username and as listed on the sheet. STEP 15 You are now connected to the MetroCloud Internet Server.
