1 S REARKS (INCLUDING DOES NOT S REARKS IF ANY A GENERAL REQUIREENTS 1.0 SCOPE OF WORKS 1.1 The sebutharga covered by these specifications is for supply, install, testing and commissioning (including appropriate packaging) of hardware & software to CyberSecurity alaysia. 1.2 Bidder shall confirm that their proposal is based on entire provision of the above scope of works. Bidder s partial compliance to the said scope of works shall be disqualified. 2.0 S RESPONSIBILITY 2.1 The bidder shall review this document and take full responsibility of obtaining information from CyberSecurity alaysia as may be required to meet the specifications and requirements. I 2.2 The bidder shall review and fulfill all specifications and requirements before committing to sign the purchase agreement. 2.3 The bidder shall be the authorized representative of the hardware system and software distributor in alaysia. The bidder UST provide letter of confirmation or appointment from the original hardware and software manufacturer for our reference. 3.0 DOCUENTATION REQUIREENTS 3.1 All documentation shall be in English. Bidder shall be responsible for any translation cost incurred (if any) in regard to the submission of the documentation required by this tender. 3.2 CyberSecurity alaysia reserves the right to reproduce all or part of the document submitted by the bidder for internal use. 2 S REARKS (INCLUDING DOES NOT S REARKS IF ANY 4.0 WARRANTY REQUIREENTS 4.1 The warranty UST be one (1) year standard software/hardware warranty and services from the date of software/hardware commissioning and acceptance by CyberSecurity alaysia 4.2 The warranty shall include both parts and labour. 5.0 DELIVERY REQUIREENTS 5.1 Successful bidder shall complete the entire scope of works within two (2) to four (4) weeks after receipt of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from CyberSecurity alaysia. 5.2 CyberSecurity alaysia has the authority to reject any kind of bugs during or after installation (within the warranty period) and the replacement or any labour shall be done within the same day without any charges. 5.3 The bidder shall be responsible for any incidence occurred during transportation of the unit to CyberSecurity alaysia. Bidder to specify the number of personnel. 1.3 Bidder UST provide technical support 24x7 during weekdays, weekend and public holiday, based on below given service level agreement (SLA): Response : within 1 hour upon receiving complaint/ issue Remedy : workaround within 3 business day Resolution : issue resolved within 10 working days 1.4 Bidder is required to specify on any special requirement in order to provide on site support. G 1.5 Bidder UST provide after sales support for a minimum period of three (3) years. 1.6 Bidder is required to specify any special requirement in order to provide onsite support 1.7 Bidder is required to support on the license renewal for minimum 3 years. 1.8 Bidder UST be able to perform standard configuration on GPU Workstations and Software, perform backup or migration when there is changes to the device, and be able to perform installation and un-installation of corporate software as and when requested by customer. D PAST EXPERIENCES 1.1 Bidder shall have at least 3 years experience in similar business. G 1.2 Bidder to provide list of client reference (latest-completed or ongoing) and consists of authorized contact person and number.
