2 10 Instructions to bidders Costs & Currency The Offer must be made in Indian Rupees only, including the following: 1. Cost of the equipments specified 2. Installation & commissioning charges, if any, 3. Warranty charges 4. Packing, Forwarding and Transportation charges up to the site. 5. Insurance to cover equipment during transit, up to the installation of equipment at the respective site and handing it over to the Bank. 6. Bidders have to make their own arrangements for obtaining road permits wherever needed. 13 Qualification Criteria Eligibility of the Bidder Track Record of installations 14 Qualification Criteria Service Centers The Bidder should have Service Centers in the major cities in India and also should have own/franchisee service centers to cover all the locations where the Bank proposes to provide Desktop Computers. 15 Qualification Criteria Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) NSIC/SSI/SME Units are exempted for submitting Bid Security as per Govt. of India order. Such firms are requested to submit the cost and GST towards tender cost which shall not be considered for exemption and NSIC/SSI/SME firms are required to submit the certificate of registration in support of their claims. 4 18 ANNEXURE C Terms Payment The Bank will make this payment at Head Office, Mangalore within 15 working days from the date of receipt of claim invoice along with necessary proof of delivery and Installation/ Site Not Ready Certificate duly acknowledged by the branch officials under branch/office seal. 19 ANNEXURE C Terms 21 ANNEXURE C Terms Delivery & Installation Warranty The bidder shall be responsible for delivery & installation of the Desktop Computers at all the sites including the software components ordered and for making them fully operational at no additional charges to the Bank within 3 weeks from the date of Dispatch Instruction (DI). The Bidder shall accomplish preventive maintenance activity once in a quarter to ensure that all hardware / software components function without defect or interruption and should be properly recorded under authentication of the Bank s branches/offices. The successful bidder has to submit the scanned copy of the Installation Report/Site Not Ready (SNR) and the Invoice by on the same day of installation to capassts@corpbank.co.in. Originals of the same have to be dispatched by post/courier immediately to HO-ITD-Computer Asset. Purchase Order Number, Dispatch Instruction Number & GSTIN of the state where the item is delivered should appear in the Installation Report/SNR and the invoice without fail. The bidder shall be responsible for delivery & installation of the Desktop Computers at all the sites including the software components ordered and for making them fully operational at no additional charges to the Bank within 4 weeks [5 weeks for road permit areas] from the date of Dispatch Instruction (DI). 5 22 ANNEXURE C Terms 22 ANNEXURE C Terms Penalties: For delay in delivery/installation Spare parts Screen For any delay in delivery/installation of Desktop Computers beyond 3 weeks from the date of Dispatch Instruction (DI) by the Bank, the Bank will charge 0.5% of the order value plus applicable GST per week or part thereof from 4 th week onwards, subject to a maximum of 10% of the order value of the item. The bidders should list out all the spare parts and provide the respective costs of parts as per the table given below.
