1 Quotations IV of inviting Re- Quotations Sealed quotations affixing non refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25/- (Rupees eight and twenty five paise) only are invited from reputed suppliers/firms/authorised dealers for supply and installation of 1. Desktop computers, Kiosk 2. Kiosk, CCTV and Vacuum Cleaner for Naharkatiya College to be purchased under RUSA grant. The quotations will be received upto 12 PM on 16/08/2018 and will be opened on the same day at p.m. in the office of the Principal. The details are available in the college websites: naharkatiyacollege.in Terms and condition: 1. All the terms and conditions are subject to the general terms and conditions of government purchase. 2. Sealed quotations are to be addressed to the Principal,, P.O. Naharkatia, , Dist.- Dibrugarh, and sealed covered should be superscribed as 1. Quotation for desktop computers (RUSA) 2. Quotation for Kiosk, CCTV, Vacuum Cleaner (RUSA). 3. The quotation must be supported by Earnest Money of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand) only in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of Principal,. 4. The bid documents are not transferable and the seal and signature of the authorised official/ signatory must appear on all papers and envelopes submitted along with application fee of Rs. 500/- (Non-refundable) in the form of D.D./ Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of Principal,. 5. Photo copies of trade licence, GST Registration Certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate up to date and Pan Card must be submitted along with the quotation. 6. Rates should be quoted for the entire item including delivery/ freight charge, installation charge, if any for destination. The quoted rate should be shown with breaks up as follows, a. Basic Price b. GST, c. Installation charge, if any 7. Quotation should be supported by catalogue, brochure, technical literature and user manual for the item as available. 8. The quoted rates must be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of quotation/ tender. 9. In case of equipments the quoted equipment and components must be given irrevocable warranty for a Minimum periods of 3 years in favour of the Principal,, P.O. Naharkatia , Dist.: Dibrugarh, Assam. 10. In case of imported goods, the vendor should clearly state the available nearest aftersales service centre along with detail address in India, preferable in Assam. 11. The successful bidders will be required to supply the ordered item(s) within 15 days from the date of issue of supply orders. In all aspect safe delivery and successful installation shall be the exclusive responsibility of the vendor. 12. Payment will be made through PFMS(Public Financial Management System) via online mode only after safe delivery and successful installation. Request for advance payment in any case will not be entertained. 13. Necessary Taxes GST, TDS will be deducted at source, as per order/notification of the government of Assam. 1

2 14. A Mandate Form, mentioning bank details of the bidder duly signed by the bank must be submitted by the bidder. 15. The language of the tenders shall be in English. 16. Payment will be made after successful delivery including installation and acceptance of items in good condition at through NEFT on submission of the following documents: i. three copies of suppliers invoice showing description/specification, quantity, unit price and total amount, ii. Consignee Receipt Certificate in original issued by the authorised representative of the consignee. Iii. Inspection certificate issued by the nominated person/committee. 17. Principal, shall have the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason their of.
