Your offer in a sealed envelop, containing two separate envelopes one for Technical bid & other for Price bid, superscribing on the top Quotation for Computer Hardware and Software (Priced/ Unpriced) should reach this office latest by before Hrs. 4 Terms & Conditions Annexure II 1. General Essential Terms 2. Prices Vendor should provide Customs Clearance Certificate if the hardware is imported. Vendor shall enclose at least 3 references of clients, preferably from Government/Government supported organisations, where similar type of services has been provided. Prices stated shall include all Taxes and Duties such as VAT, Sales Tax, Customs, Excise, Octroi, etc., wherever applicable along with detailed breakup of each component and documentary evidence. 3. Schedule of Payments 90% on delivery and satisfactorily installation at CDC Premises.. 10% on acceptance of the items byt Consultancy Development Centre and on furnishing the performance bank guarantee mentioned in clause 6 hereunder. 4. Warranty Vendor shall provide on-site comprehensive warranty services for hardware for atleast a period of 36 months after its installation and acceptance by Consultancy Development Centre 5. Liquidated Damages In case the Vendor fails to complete the work as per the schedule and agreement thereof, or repudiates the contract at any time, Consultancy Development Centre without prejudice to any other right or remedy available may recover from the Vendor a sum, as ascertained and agreed liquidated damages and not by way of penalty to be calculated at the rate of 0.5% per week of delay on the total values of work subject to a maximum of 10% of the contract value. 6. Performance Guarantee Vendor shall furnish to Consultancy Development Centre an irrevocable letter of guarantee from their bankers for a sum equivalent to 10% of total order value of this contract. This irrevocable letter of guarantee shall be drawn in favour of Consultancy Development Centre and shall be valid for 36 months beyond the date of awards of work order against this agreement. Consultancy Development Centre shall have an unqualified option under this guarantee to invoke the banker s guarantee to claim the amount there under in the event of Vendor failing to honour any of the commitments entered under this agreement. 5 7. Validity of the Offer The validity of the offer submitted shall be upto 90 days from due date. 8. Delivery of hardware and Software Within ten working days from date of purchase order Page 5 of 9
