1 Admissions Office SDMIMD Mysore, INDIA Contact: / 161; Extn; 2010 Sub: Joining instruction for students PGDM PGDM will commence on Wednesday, 5 Jun You are expected to reach the campus positively by the morning on Tuesday, 04 Jun On your arrival, you will be provided with a single occupancy hostel room within the campus. For the ease of administration you are requested not to arrive at the Institute to attend the PGDM before 4 th June Please come to the Institute Admissions Office for Registration and Verification of your original certificates. List of documents in original to be brought with you is enclosed with this letter. Also, please bring a Laptop as per configuration detailed in Annexure III. If you are yet to complete the Final Year Degree examinations, confirmation of your admission is subject to fulfillment of the following conditions:- a) Completion of Final Year Degree examinations and other requirements before joining. b) Securing at least 50% marks in aggregate in the entire degree program. c) Submission of original Final Year Degree marks sheet(s) to the SDMIMD Admission office latest by 30 September 2013 It is essential that you undergo a medical test before your arrival here. A format for your medical test is enclosed with this letter. It is reminded that the next installment of fees is due to be paid on or before 31 st May 2013 as mentioned in our offer letter.

8 Annexure VI LOCATION The Institute is located near J.C. Nagar bus stop, enroute to Chamundi Hills. It is about 7 Km. from Mysore railway station and 5 Km. from the sub-urban bus stand. You may avail prepaid auto service and buy the ticket for SDMIMD available at the railway station & suburban bus stand to arrive at the campus (opposite Anjali Ashram). To avail public transport you may catch a bus (No. 201) from the city bus stand and get down at J.C. Nagar bus stop.
