Configuration customizations / changes / modifications available with discussion & mutual agreement. 2. Warranty on Western Digital Scorpio Black disk drive is 5 years. 3. Warranty on SSD drive conditional on normal and expected drive wear, as defined by SSD manufacturer and evaluated in failed drive analysis by SSD manufacturer. Actineon provides OS and system setup recommendations for proper use of SSDs. Actineon customer/end user assumes full liability for disk wear out of SSDs and data corruption in the event of sudden power loss and/or unsafe shutdowns. Typical lead times are 4 to 5 weeks from acceptance of order. Actual lead times vary. 4. 5 Quote Sheet / Proposal Notes & Assumptions 1. This proposal and pricing is valid: a. For a period of ninety (90) days unless modified in writing by Actineon, Inc. b. When a current executed Sales Agreement is in place and customer accounts are in good standing at the time orders are placed. 2. Products described in this proposal are based upon standard Actineon product specifications unless otherwise specified. 3. Actineon standard lead times are thirty (30) to sixty (60) days from acceptance of valid purchase order. Actual lead times vary. At Customer request, expedite options may be available on a case by case basis (additional expedite fees / costs may apply). 4. Actineon will use its best effort to accommodate change requests for existing orders. However, orders that are within 30 days of the requested ship date are considered NCNR (non-cancellable, non-returnable). Customers are responsible for taking shipments within that timeframe unless they receive written agreement from Actineon. 5. Actineon will provide pricing updates as appropriate. Price updates will be provided in writing with ninety (90) days advance notice. 6. Actineon has more than sufficient manufacturing capacity to supply Customer with the specified volumes for all products submitted, including all available accessories and components.
