STPI-Mumbai invites sealed tender for providing Comprehensive AMC services for CISCO Routers & Switches. Equipments are installed at various locations under STPI-Mumbai. Initially the comprehensive AMC would be finalized for a period of 1 year. Services of vendor will be assessed for one year. Based upon the satisfactory performance, Comprehensive AMC may be extended further for a period of 2 years. The detailed formats are as follows: 1 Scope of Work AMC of CISCO Routers & Switches: The detailed configuration of equipment to be covered under AMC along with the basic support items is given at Annexure A-3. The AMC would be Comprehensive in nature. Compliance of your quote to be mentioned in the specified space given on Annexure: A-1 NO DEVIATION FROM THE SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS ATTACHED WILL BE ACCEPTED. 2 Commercial details 3 Validity of quotes 4 Sealed bid system 5. Last Date for submission of quote The prices (including all applicable taxes) should be provided strictly as per the format given at Annexure: A-2. Payment will be released in 4 quarterly installments, payable at the end of each quarter. The prices quoted should be valid for a period of 90days form the last date of submission of quotes. The prices should be quoted in INR with all applicable tax inclusive. Please send clearly marked offer in sealed envelope, addressed to Director, STPI-Mumbai and marked to the attention of Purchase Department STPI Mumbai. The tender has to be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes labeled as under: Technical Bid (Envelope No.I ) containing: 1. Compliance to the scope of work as per Annexure: A-1 2. Letter of being an authorized service provider from CISCO. 3. List of AMC Customers may be enclosed for our reference. Financial Bid (Envelop No. II) containing: 1. Quoted rates on your letter head in format given at Annexure: A Copies of latest Service Tax & Sales Tax Registration certificates may be enclosed for our reference Both these envelopes should be placed in separate sealed envelope super scribed as Technical/Commercial Quotation for providing AMC services for CISCO Routers & Switches as the case may be. Please note, technical & commercial quotes in a single envelope will be out rightly rejected. November 23, :00 Hrs. Note: Please comply with the above mentioned requirements. 2 SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY PARKS OF INDIA-MUMBAI Annexure A-1 FORMAT FOR PROVIDING TECHNICAL QUOTES Sr. Scope of Services Required No. 1 Vendor shall provide the service through its employees or authorized agents. Compliance of your quote 2 Routine preventive maintenance once in each quarter 3 Any fault reported, must be attended onsite within 4 hrs from the time of fault logging and recertification time will be 08 hours. In case problem is not resolved on 08 hours or hardware fault, standby of similar configuration must be provided within 24 hrs from the time of fault logging. 4 The services are to be provided on 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week and 365 days an year basis (support will be 24 X 7 X 365 on-site) 5 Any repair required, free upgradations available from Cisco should have to be intimated well in advance and should be covered under AMC. 6 AMC shall include visit for replacement, installation and transfer of equipment if any during the AMC period. 7 A Local contact number of service desk shall be provided for logging the fault. 8 Vendor shall replace necessary parts only by parts of certified quality. 9 If any of above clause will not be full filled by Vendor, during AMC period, on an each occasion a penalty of 2.5% will be imposed on total AMC amount. The overall penalty amount will be restricted to 10% of the total AMC value. Signature & seal of the vendor 2
