2 meeting table basics Meeting Tables outfit meeting spaces. They are available in a range of sizes to accommodate diverse numbers of participants. For the number of Power/Data s and supports included for each table, refer to the compatibility chart in this section All dimension are nominal, widths are reduced by a 0,5 % factor, except for Glass Meeting Tables the factor (0,5 %) is not applicable Meeting Tables Four thicknesses available: D: 1" thick low pressure laminate (LPL). Can be specified with all Round, Square, Convex Square and Coffee only M: high pressure laminate (HPL) with a 1 1/8" thick baseboard for a total surface thickness of 1 3/16" X: high pressure laminate (HPL) with a 1 1/2" thick baseboard for a total surface thickness of 1 9/16" 3/8" (10 mm) glass thickness Back-Painted tempered glass Height shapes are available: are made in multiple number of pieces; see page Available with or without Power/Data s 29" high from floor to top of finished worksurface. Coffee Table have a 15" and 18" height option with Angular Legs or Square Post Legs only Convex Racetrack Racetrack Convex Video Conferencing If applicable, all worksurface pieces have edge trim on all sides Not all optical computer mouse are compatible on glass worksurface, Desk Pad (YPDP) is recommended (see Complements products) Round Square Convex Square Coffee Rectangular

3 meeting table basics (continued) Flip-Up Power/Data s or Recessed Power/Data s Some tables come with optional electric and communication access which is conveniently located at the worksurface height The communication opening measures 69 mm x 35 mm Both Power/Data styles are not offered on all table shapes; refer to the Meeting Table Configurations & Supports Flip-Up Power/Data (BFPG) can also be specified separately. For detail, refer to the Lighting, Electrics & Communications section Do not connect any power/data module to another plug-in power module. Each plug-in power module must be plugged into a building power outlet Rectangular, Square, Panel or Cubic Bases have a removeable panel that allows the extra cord management Supports Include levelers with a 1" adjustment range, except Square Post Leg comes with a 3" adjustment range The Angular Leg and Square Post Leg are only available with Coffee Tables. 5 recessed power/data module details A Recessed Power and Data is a flush fitting power and data solution for Meeting Tables. 3 1/2" 6" Depth Adjustable Screw Two Power Outlets Top-accessed Power Outlets Depth Adjustable Bracket 6" module configurations Pivoting Retractable Door module orientation in table Two Power Outlets Positions As cut out in table for Reccesed Power/Data is 6" by 6" square, unit may be oriented in 1 of 4 directions 3 Four Power Outlets 7 3/4" Two module types are available: With Two Power Outlets is 6" wide x 6" deep x 3 1/2" high and comes with two power outlets on top and one power outlet on bottom. Also comes with a covered communication opening that can accommodate a variety of data connectors (not included) With Four Power Outlets is 7 3/4" wide x 6" deep x 3 1/2" high and comes with four power outlets on top and one power outlet on bottom. Also comes with a covered communication opening that can accommodate a variety of data connectors (not included) The two module types are not included for each table, refer to Meeting Table Configurations & Supports Compatibility Chart in this section for more details The communication opening is 2.72" x 1.38" and can accommodate data plates from many manufacturers such as AMP, Panduit, Hubbell, Leviton, Northern Telecom, AT&T/Lucent and others to have up to four data ports Voice/Data Faceplates, Jacks and Cables are not included and must be field-supplied and installed Data cables may be exited from unit on right side of frame 1 or on bottom 2 Bottom-Mounted outlet can accommodate large brick-style plugs with integrated transformers 3 Top Plate and Data/Electrical Box Blank Cover for Communications Frame Power Cord is 120" long with 3-prong straight plug Four Power Outlets Positions As cut out in table for Reccesed Power/Data is 7 3/4" by 6" rectangular, unit may be oriented in 1 or 2 directions 1 3 Wire Pass throughs on two sides 1 1/8" h 2 Additional Simplex Power Outlet can be accessed from the bottom No daisy chain allowed with other modules Unit can be re-oriented easily with only one tool (screw driver)
