3 Description The new TrimFlex ITC combines advanced technological features with some of the best gain and output offered. It is 100% digital circuit but can be adjusted in an easy, fast and flexible way by controlling the trimmers no computer or software needed! The TrimFlex ITC comes with a whole range of strong upgraded technological features, extra trimmers and programs to suite the end user s needs. - Adaptive Feedback Manager to reduce feedback without reducing gain - Adaptive Noise Reduction system to control noisy environments - 4 channels with Wide Dynamic Range Compression - Wide band AGCO maximizing comfort in loud noise - Push button with choice of 2 comfort programs - Available in Single Mic only - Can add up to 2 choice trimmers and a Telecoil Page 3 of 19

8 PB Installation Mark and drill a pilot hole using a smaller drill bit on a manual grinder Remove excess debris Use a drill bit and carefully drill onto the pilot hole. Drill all the way through Remove excess debris Insert PB on faceplate hole and glue round the push-button using Loctite 416 or similar Let it air dry for 5 mins Page 8 of 19

9 Trimmer Installation Mark target hole Drill target hole Remove debris and insert trimmer NOTE : Do the same process for additional trimmers. Let the glue cure first then operate the trimmer to ensure that it is not frozen Use e.g this kind of drill bit for trimmer hole - Ø 1.9 mm. Other drill shapes with correct diameter can be used too Make trimmer flush even on the external side of faceplate Use Loctite 416 or similar and glue around the trimmer (internal side). Let it cure Page 9 of 19

10 VC Replacement VC Knob colour Beige Part No VCK35MP VC Left Right Part No VCK35M100KL6 VCK35M100KR1 Apply loctite 416 glue or similar around the base of the Volume Control once inserted at the faceplate Let air dry for 5 minutes. Then solder wire connection on the pads NOTE : Coating material must be added after soldering Page 10 of 19

19 Final Test & Programming Cable Both prog cable sets shown can be used Flex strip Flex strip Flex adapt CS63 prog cable CS44 prog cable Battery pill 312 must be used during test p/n cc coupler p/n to be ordered with GTO Dept/HQ Ballerup DK Connect the flex to the prog cable by using the flex end marked with an arrow Prog cable CS63 p/n Flex strip 10 pcs. p/n Prog cable CS44 to be used with flex adapt: P/n , Blue (L) P/n , Red (R) P/n , Flex adapt for CS44 prog cable (incl a flex strip) Either of the shown 2cc coupler inserts must be used for HI test. Both inserts can be ordered with GTO in HQ. More info to be found on GTO website under DSA6000 Documentation The device is to be configured with TrimFlex Plus Configuration Software for power level change option, trimmer options, telecoil and pushbutton configurations.
