All models are fully compatible with all Sokkia Total Survey System compoets ad ca commuicate directly with serial priters or computers via serial iterface or modem. Ad they're compatible with most o-sokkia total statios, too. Choose the model that best fits your memory requiremets. SDR33 Electroic Field Books are available with the followig memory capacities: 256K, 640K, 1Mb, 2Mb, 4Mb. Three software optios are available: Expert, Stadard Ehaced ad Stadard. Select the optio that meets your fuctioality ad data storage eeds. The 256K model provides the Stadard software optio oly. The Expert software optio is the top of the lie, desiged for power users like egieers, surveyors ad others who require greater versatility ad a greater variety of fuctios - icludig powerful roadig optios. The Stadard Ehaced software optio offers more sophisticated fuctioality tha the Stadard, but without the desig fuctios of the Expert. The Stadard software optio offers a good selectio of basic fuctioality. Its simplicity makes it ideal for someoe who wats to move up from a calculator-type "data collector" or for a experieced user who eeds more storage capacity. The Expert PROPOS software optio provides the Professioal Positioig program to calculate the coordiates of a ukow statio based o observatios to kow target poits. Advaced adjustmet ad mathematical techiques allow for the detectio of observatio errors or bluders. The Slope Stakig fuctio is streamlied ad easy. The Traverse Adjustmet feature ca be used with traverse data collected i either Set Collectio or Topography. 3-D traverse data ca be collected i ay maer, icludig o-cosecutive set-ups. The SDR33 ca the do some of the thikig for you, like calculatig precisio ad errors of closure, adjust traverse ad agle or elevatio adjustmet. The Cofiguratio Maager lets you reduce clutter by temporarily turig off meus ot eeded for your job. The SDR33 supports several "settig out" methods of stakig out poits o lies, arcs ad, parallel offsets. The Topography program helps icrease data validity by automatically calculatig ad displayig the differece i observed positios. Whe a poit is observed more tha oce, you may choose to replace the old observatio, store the ew observatio uder a differet poit umber, or average the two observatios for a stroger result. Differeces are keyed by user-defied tolerace settigs. The Cotrol Job feature lets you mark a job which cotais cotrol poit iformatio. If you try to recall the coordiates of a cotrol poit ad the poit is't i the curret job file, the cotrol job file is accessed for optimum coveiece. You ca mark a "bad" set ad recalculate. It may be re-marked as "good" ad the origial calculatios restored. Trasferrig data is quick ad easy with COMMS, a Widows-based commuicatio software. COMMS also coverts SDR files ito DXF, ICS, SDMS ad MOSS formats, as well as covertig MOSS files to SDR files which ca the be trasferred to a SDR istrumet. DXF Itersectio calculatios are supported by three methods: bearig-bearig, bearigdistace, ad distacedistace. The Helmert Trasformatio optio lets you rotate, traslate ad scale a survey data set while it's costraied to kow poits. This process uses a least-squares techique. Or, use the simple Liear Trasformatio for shift i X, Y, Z ad rotatio.
