Many journals are online and can be accessed via Westlaw, LexisNexis and HeinOnline. Books, case reports and journals are also located in the law reference area, law general area and European Union materials, all sited on level three of the Library. You can access most of the online resources from the Law Subject Guide: In particular an authoritative and comprehensive reference statement of Scots law can be found in 'Laws of Scotland' which is also known as the 'Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia' and is available onine in LexisLibrary or in print in the Library (level 3 law reference section JD 0.3 STA) The online version has many clickable links to cases.
