2 1 Battery Pack 1-1:Push the battery Unlock button as below; 1-2:Push the battery Release button as below, then slide the battery pack out of the slot; 1 Battery Pack S9N W38 1

3 2 BOTTOM DOOR ASSY 2-1:Remove 4pcs M2.5*5mm screws with Screw Driver. Note:Screw driver torque is 1.8~2.2kgf.cm :Remove Bottom Door Assy as below; 1 Screw E43-I H BOTTOM DOOR ASSY J212-W28 1

4 3 WLAN,THERMAL-KIT And CPU Module 3-1:Remove 3pcs M2*6 screws and CPU Fan sink Cable. Note:Screw driver torque is 2.0~2.5kgf.cm Cable 3-2: Remove CPU FAN. 1 screw E H29 3

5 3-3: Remove 1pcs M2*3mm screw, and then Remove 2pcs PIFA ANTENNA/R L as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.5~2.0kgf.cm 1 3-4:Remove wlan as below; 1 wlan Screw E H29 1

6 3-5 Remove 4pcs M2.5*5 screws and 1pcs spring screw as below. Note:Screw driver torque is 2.0~2.5kgf.cm screw E43-I H29 4

7 3-6:Remove CPU Thermal Module as below; 1 CPU FAN E F CPU Thermal Module E F05 1

8 EX310(MS-1333) Disassemble SOP 3-7:Open the CPU Slot; 3-8:Remove CPU Module as below; 1 CPU Module A10-K82G136-A08 1

9 4 MDC And RAM Module 4-1:Remove 2pcs M2*3mm screws as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.5~1.8kgf.cm :Remove MDC Cable,Then Remove MODEM as below; 1 MODEM S C Screw E H29 2

10 4-3:Push the RAM locks away; 4-4:Take off the RAM Module as below: 1 RAM Module S7C-S T10 2

11 5 HDD Module ASSY 5-1:Remove 2pcs M2.5*5mm screws Then Remove HDD Module Assy as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.8~2.2kgf.cm Screw E43-I H29 2

12 5-2:Remove 2pcs M3*3.5mm screws, Then Remove HDD Bracket as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.5~1.8kgf.cm Screw E H HDD Bracket Assy E2M Y HDD MODULE ASSY S W36 1

13 6 ODD Module ASSY 6-1:Remove ODD Module Assy as below;

14 6-2:Remove ODD Bezel as below ; 1 ODD Bezel F212-Y31 1

15 6-3:Remove 2pcs M2*3mm screws as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.5~1.8kgf.cm Screw E H ODD Side Bracket E2M Y ODD MODULE ASSY S7D SI4 1

16 7 HINGE COVER ASSY EX310(MS-1333)Disassemble SOP 7-1:Attention: Push Fastener as below; :Unlock the hooks of both sides; 7-3:Remove LCD LVDS Cable CAMERA CABLE and Inverter Cable as below;

17 7-4:Remove MICROPHONE CABLE Speaker CABLE as below; 1 INVERTER Cable K1H H Camera Cable K H LCD LVDS Cable K H BLUETOOTH CABLE K H58 1

19 7-6:Remove 2pcs M2.5*5mm screws as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.8~2.2kgf.cm Screw E43-I H29 2

26 8-8:Remove 3pcs M2*3mm Screws and 1pcs M2.5*5 screw as below; Note:Screw driver torque is 1.2~1.5kgf.cm(1-3) Note:Screw driver torque is 1.8~2.2kgf.cm (1) Screw E H Screw E43-I H29 1

27 8-9:Remove PCI-EXPRESS DUMMY CARD Then Remove SD DUMMY CARD as below; 1 PCI-EXPRESS DUMMY CARD E2P H SD DUMMY CARD E2P H76 1
