1 Bosch Measuring Tools Software Partners Introduction We currently place excellent measuring tools on the market, working with well-designed apps for Android and ios devices, bringing connectivity to life for our power tools. At the same time, we develop fantastic functions for connected work each user may have very specific needs and application requirements for a unique work result, with which our current applications may not always be fully compatible. In order to put the user at the forefront, we are pleased to inform you that we have established partnerships with potential software developers, enhancing these applications platforms with our current measuring devices compatibility, resulting in a broader range of functions for all kinds of users, from beginners right through to experts. Compatibility refers to the Bosch PRO laser distance measuring devices, GLM 50 C Professional and GLM 100 C Professional, and to the Bosch DIY laser distance measuring devices, PLR 30 C, PLR 40 C and PLR 50 C with the listed software partners. The technical requirements such as Android and ios versions and hardware configurations may differ from our current applications. Links to and complete descriptions of the selected software partners can be found on the following pages, listed in alphabetical order. How do the partnerships work? SOFTWARE PARTNERS Floor Plan Creator Magic Plan Bosch Measuring Tools provided the necessary Bluetooth data for each desired software partner. Each software partner is responsible for its services rendered, its own data, legal terms and copyright. Bosch provides no support for the mentioned software, and these software companies provide no support for Bosch apps. Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH is obliged to pay damages on account of a violation of contractual or non-contractual obligations only in case of (i) intent or gross negligence, (ii) negligent or deliberate fatal injury, physical injury or injury to health, (iii) on account of assuming a quality or durability guarantee or (iv) on account of compulsory statutory liability pursuant to the German Product Liability Act or on account of any other compulsory liability. Liability for damages exceeding that provided for in the preceding sentence is excluded irrespective of the nature of the claim.
