3 Library To begin, sign in to your Bookshelf account. You ll now have access to your library. This is your home base for accessing any of the books on your Bookshelf account. You can filter, sort, and view your library based on your preferences. To read a book on your mobile device, you must first download it, so tap on a title to begin the download. To open a book, tap on a downloaded title. 4 BEGIN SEARCH Search 1 search button Bookshelf makes searching your library a snap. 2 Enter search term and enter your search term. 5 Reading To flip a page, swipe from right to left. You can also scroll down to see more content on the same page. once anywhere on the book page to hide and show the toolbars. To jump to a different chapter, tap in the toolbar. The table of contents will appear and allow you to navigate more efficiently through the book. You can also use the scrubber to skim through pages. Or, if you want to go to a specific page, tap located in the toolbar and enter the new page number. 6 Notes and Highlights To create a highlight, tap and hold your finger on a word. Drag the end point to select all the text that you want to highlight. Then tap Create Highlight on the top menu or pop-up. Need to change the highlighter color? Just tap on the highlighted text in the book and then tap on the top menu or pop-up. Use the remaining icons to add or edit a note, copy the highlighted text to your clipboard, or delete the highlight and note. If you re looking for a note or highlight, tap in toolbar. Remember: highlights and notes will synchronize between all your devices if you are connected to the internet on your mobile device.
