2 Introduction This Portal Invoice Add-on plugin will help you to let your customers make payments directly from the portal through Invoice module. It will also let you set the desired currency for receiving the payments from the customers. As an admin you can view the payment transactions from your CRM dashboard. Benefits of Portal Invoice Add-on As a user of SuiteCRM Customer Portal you can now let your customers make online payments for the pending invoices directly from the portal. The SuiteCRM Portal Invoice Add-on will provide you the following benefits: Direct Payment of Invoices from portal View Payment Transactions from SuiteCRM end. Set Desired Currency for the payments Prerequisites Following points must be followed before starting Installation. To activate these plugin: Two other plugins are required to be installed and activated: One is SuitePort - SuiteCRM Customer Portal for WordPress and second is WooCommerce. You should login as an Administrator in SuiteCRM. Check that your SuiteCRM Instance is compatible for Customer Portal. Check your WordPress portal has compatibility with Customer Portal. You should be able to login as an admin in your WordPress portal site. 1

3 Installation WordPress Manual Plug-in installation Login to your WordPress portal from wp-admin and navigate to Plugins module. Here you can see the Add New Button. Now click on Add New button which will redirect you to Add Plugins Page. 2

4 Click on Upload Plugin button. Browse the WP-Plugin-Package zip and Install the Plugin. Go to Installed Plugins screen. Here, you can see Portal Invoice Add-on Plugin was successfully installed. But still it s Inactive. 3

5 Click on Activate to activate this newly installed plugin. After activating the CRM Portal Transaction navigate to Portal Invoice menu. 4

6 By clicking on Portal Invoice you will be redirected to the Portal Invoice Settings page. To enable the payment Status select Enable from Payment Status. And Click on Save Changes button to save the changes. Now navigate to WooCommerce menu and click on Settings to manage the currency options. 5

7 To manage the prices displayed on the frontend navigate to Currency Options. Note: Currency Type set from Currency Options of Woo Commerce menu should be same as the Currency Type set on the Suite CRM side. 6

8 Plug-in Configuration SuiteCRM Configuration Settings Payment Transactions: To view the payment transactions login to your SuiteCRM as an admin and navigate to Payment Transaction module. 7

9 By clicking on Payment Transaction button you will be redirected to the payment transaction page and you can view the payment transactions from this page. Set Currency: To set the currencies navigate to Administrator page. You can see the Currencies link under System section on this page. 8

10 On clicking Currencies link you will be redirected to the Currencies page from this page you can view the selected currency and Create a currency from Create Section. 9

11 Front Side Instructions After completing all configurations at SuiteCRM and WordPress portal for Portal Invoice Add-on plug-in, Customer can login to Customer Portal and view the pending invoices and make payment for the invoices. Directly login to the portal using your portal credentials. 10

12 Quickly access Invoices module using the module icon of the invoices. 11

13 By clicking on Invoices module icon customer will be redirected to the List View of the Invoices. From here customer can search an invoice, view the invoice details and make payment. And on clicking Payment icon besides the invoice customer will be navigated directly to the checkout page and can make the payment. 12
