1 HUPX Information Packages Introduction Effective as of 1 th September, 2017 HUPX is licensed by the Hungarian Energy Office to operate the organized electricity market in Hungary. The company was established by MAVIR the Hungarian Transmission System Operator Ltd. in HUPX DAM (Day-Ahead Market) was launched in July 2010 to enable trading standard hourly contracts and freely definable block contracts for day-ahead physical delivery of electricity within the Hungarian transmission system. HUPX PhF (Physical Futures) market went live in July Four (4) weekly, three (3) front month, four (4) front quarter and three (3) front electricity products are tradable, which are all physically delivered through the Hungarian electricity grid after their expiry. HUPX ID (Intraday) market was launched in March Quarterly, hourly contracts and user defined blocks are tradable, with intraday physical delivery. In line with HUPX s transparency policy customers can subscribe to power market data packages available through the HUPX SFTP server and HUPX PhF Trayport GV trading system s Front End application or API and HUPX ID M7 trading system s API. 2 HUPX Intraday Market (IDM) packages The following ways of access are provided: SFTP Server: SFTP provides access to quarterly and hourly contracts: best bid best ask values, last traded prices, volume weighted average prices and traded volumes. All data is in MS Excel format and will be refreshed in every 15 minutes. SFTP provides access to Baseload, Peakload and User defined block products: traded prices and volumes for every trades. All data is in MS Excel format and will be refreshed every day. API connection: A Read-Only access to HUPX M7 Trading System allows users to follow live trading data of HUPX ID market including orders and deals and see trade history. 3 HUPX Day-Ahead Market (DAM) packages The following ways of access are provided: SFTP Server: SFTP access to hourly and block prices and volumes. HUPX DAM data is published as soon as possible after the daily auction. All data is in MS Excel format and will be refreshed daily as soon as possible after the Day-Ahead Auction. 4 HUPX Physical Futures Market (PhF) packages The following ways of access are provided: SFTP Server: SFTP provides access to daily best bid and ask orders, settlement price, absolute change, volume lot and open interest for all tradable products. PhF End-of-Day (EoD) data is published once a day after the closing of the market. All data is in MS Excel format and is refreshed daily after closing the market. API connection: A Read-Only access to HUPX Trayport GlobalVision Trading System allows users to follow live trading data of HUPX PhF market including orders and deals and see trade history. 5 Subscription details Duration and invoicing Duration and invoicing methods are differentiated according to the characteristics of the subscription types. All payments are to be settled via bank transfer after receiving the invoices. Info User Packages - Historical data from start The SFTP server access is provided for 10 days to download the historical data generated from beginning of the operation of the relevant HUPX Markets. End-of-Day data for the actual The published fees cover the availability of the for the respective. The ly rate is payable quarterly in equal portions and invoiced before the beginning of each calendar quarter. If the subscriber does not pay the invoice until the beginning of the next quarter, HUPX can suspend the service. The Agreement can be terminated at any time, by the parties, by registered letter with return receipt addressed to the other party, subject to a notice period of thirty (30) calendar days. Info vendor data packages / Live data through Front End or API Info vendor and live data packages contain both actual/live and historical data, but duration and invoicing is applied the same way as in case of End-of-Day data for the actual. Discounts and special offers Special Offer for registered members on HUPX Companies registered at HUPX IDM or DAM or PhF market receive an Info-User access to the data of the respective market they are members of, and 50 % discount for the other markets via HUPX SFTP server. Special Offer for subscribing both markets Subscribers receive 15% discount from the fee of the market packages available at a lower total rate when subscribing for any combination of HUPX IDM, HUPX DAM and PhF market packages.
