1 Log in and out Go to: Enter your log in details and click. Log out Press Esc key on the top left corner of your keyboard to bring up the toolbar and click log out icon. Change password You can change your log in password. Please click Profile icon and bottom of the page, please select Change Password to change your password
2 Report selection: Users can view reports according to their access level. Please see summary of reports page for details. Date range and visit type Hierarchy Filters Report view
3 Hierarchy navigation: The hierarchy navigation is displayed according to your access level. For example: If you are an Owner Operator you will only see results for your store(s). If you are a regional manager user you will see your regional results and can navigate down the hierarchy to view results for all regional staff and stores that report to you. Regional staff can navigate up and down the hierarchy according to their access level. Report selection You can search stores or managers by entering few characters or words.
4 To view results for different date ranges: You can view results for any date range, by adjusting the To and From date selection. You can do this by clicking on the calendar icon in these fields.
5 Expanding data view There are tables and graphs include a black triangle time or hierarchy and you can click the triangle to expand results by Click to change view from Monthly to Daily trend. Click to view the next hierarchy level down.
6 How to export or print Toolbars: Press Esc key on the top left corner of your keyboard to bring up the toolbar and access the following features: Select a format that you wish to export (e.g Excel, PDF) and a new window will be appeared as below. If you want to include images in the export, please tick the Include an Image of Each Item and click. - Share and export reports. The export functions become visible by clicking on the share icon - Home - Log out Tips for exporting reports! Excel : Download for raw data information PDF or PowerPoint : Download for the current report view
7 How to view a survey response To view a survey response, go to Comment or Store Summary Report and double click on a comment. The entire survey responses for that comment will open up in a pop up window. A pop up screen will show all responses for the particular comment. Double click comment
8 How to search store or manager The search function is located within the hierarchy filter. Once you start typing your search term in the search field all matching results will show below. You can search for stores or managers that you manage.
9 Store Summary Report Able to view individual store s overall performance result and action items by daypart. KPIs Overall Satisfaction & NPS summary by selected periods and last 90 days and # of responses. Performance by day part Store s 6 core questions performance by weekday and daypart. Able to view the results by individual 6 core question. Top Priority Top priorities that the selected store needs to focus to improve. (Lowest customer satisfaction rating in the last 90 days.)
10 Summary of Reports REPORT NAME KEY INFO DETAILS Dashboard Overall performance trends and latest comments Overall trend of the core questions, overall score trend by service platforms, NPS by service platforms, latest customer comments, heat map Responses Analysis Overall response trend Overall responses trend by Channel, Daypart, Hierarchy. NPS distribution by different channel Comment Report Customer comments with OSAT and NPS Shows the core questions top box score and NPS by surveys with comment. Comment with the OSAT score and Recommended score. Ability to view all responses for a single survey. Able to view comments with a keyword. Priority Report Performance by weekday by manager Overall satisfaction, and core question score by weekday You can check a particular manager s core questions by clicking the manager s OSAT score. Response Distribution Report Management Top Box Results Response Distribution by Questions Manager Top Box Scores Response distribution for OSAT, core questions and NPS Top box score for OSAT and core questions, NPS and Number of responses by management Store Top Box Results Store Top Box Scores Top box score for OSAT and core questions, NPS and Number of responses by store Store Summary Scores by questions Able to view individual store s overall performance details. Raw Data Report View and export all survey responses View all responses in a table format and ability to export raw responses for further analysis.
