2 WHY DO YOU WANT TO USE OFFICE 365? Outlook that is browser based and referred to as Outlook Web Access, (OWA) Outlook calendar(s) File storage in the cloud. Accessible both on and off campus (This is where you should save your files) Outlook contact(s) Don t necessarily need Office installed on your computer to create and edit MS files. Mobile Friendly Solutions (Apps) Outlook Mobile App: Install on your cell phone for access at all times OneDrive For Business Mobile App Have access to files on phone. 2

10 OFFICE 365 ONLINE OVERVIEW Up in the left hand corner of your outlook. There is a square box with 9 square boxes inside, left click on it. This is your file menu for all things Office 365 Online! Calendar: Same as outlook calendar only online, People: Contact list, OneDrive: File storage online, Microsoft office products: Word, excel, powerpoint and OneNote Online applications. (We currently are not using Sites & Delve.) 10
11 OPEN ONE DRIVE FOR BUSINESS ONLINE If you click on the OneDrive Button, then it will open OneDrive For Business Online! 11

(Hint) Every file you change will save itself every 15 seconds. So it has a lot of previous versions that you can go back to in case you accidentally delete something. 18
