In this Administrator s Guide, you will learn how to administer Corporate+ and use it to its fullest potential. The Corporate+ is a platform that was designed by clients for themselves! Over 80% of the Platform s features were requested by our existing Corporate+ clients.

5 Moving In If you have chosen to set up a new Corporate+ account, you ll receive the following information from your Personal Account Manager usually via Corporate+ URL for Users Corporate+ URL for Administrators Admin Username Admin Password Click on the Corporate+ URL to begin
6 Corporate+ Users Site Administrators can easily access the Admin Panel from the Corporate+ Users Site
7 Corporate+ Administrator s Panel Use the Administrator s Username and Password from the to log in
8 Administrator s Dashboard This organization will own the license to all digital media content downloaded under this platform. These are the details of the Company owning the Corporate+ account. These details can be changed later.
9 Administrator s Dashboard This shows the contact information of the Corporate+ account s Administrator. Any communication regarding the Corporate+ account will be sent here.
10 Administrator s Dashboard This shows the current usage and credits summary of the Corporate+ account at a glance. EVO images cost a bit higher, requiring more credits. You can decide if you want your users to be able to license EVO content.
11 Administrator s Dashboard Helpful tooltips will be displayed whenever you float your mouse cursor over any of the menu items.
12 Updating Account Details Click on this link to access and update your Company details
13 Updating Account Details You may change the company name, address details as well as the contact numbers here.
14 Setting Low Credits Alert Corporate+ can also send you alert notifications when available credits drop below a certain threshold by setting the alert limits. Click Update Details to save the changes you made. Your Personal Account Manager will also be in touch to remind you about your available credits from time to time.
15 Moving In: Customize Logo Click Logo on the dashboard menu bar to access the customize logo page.
16 Moving In: Customize Logo This default Corporate+ logo can be changed to your own company s logo. Click on the Browse button to select a PNG, JPG or GIF file that is 250px wide by 60px high.
17 Moving In: Customize Logo 1. Browse to the location of the logo and select the logo that you wish to use. 2. Click Open to finalize your selection.
18 Moving In: Customize Logo Click on the Upload button to begin uploading and using the logo you have selected.
19 Moving In: Customize Logo Notice that the logo has changed and it is now using the updated version. If you find that the logo has not changed, please clear your browser s cache, or refresh by pressing CTRL+F5.
20 Moving In: Customize Content Click Content on the dashboard menu bar to access the customize content page.
21 Moving In: Customize Content Please take note of the instructions here. You are permitted to use basic HTML to create your very own message.
22 Moving In: Customize Content When you float your cursor over an editable area, the background will be highlighted. Click on the editable area to start editing.
23 Moving In: Customize Content Make your own changes to the content as you wish, and click OK when you finish editing your messages.
24 Moving In: Customize Content All edits are saved and are immediately viewable.
25 Administration: Users Each Corporate+ account gives the the Administrator the ability to control who has access the Corporate+ account as well as allocate download credits to each Corporate+ user.
26 Administration: Creating Users This section lists the current users in the Corporate+ account. As this is a fresh account, no users have been created yet. To begin adding users to the Corporate+ account, click the Add User button.
27 Administration: Creating Users 1. Fill in all the required information in the Add User form. 2. You may choose to allocate some amount of credits for this user to start off with. 3. When all fields have been filled, click the Add User button to save this user.
28 Administration: Creating Users As you can see, we have successfully created a user for the Corporate+.
29 Administration: Searching for Users For organizations with a large number of designers, we ve made it possible for you to search for a particular user using several criteria to match the search filter.
30 Administration: Editing User Info Administrators can also edit an existing user s information, by clicking on this icon.
31 Administration: Editing User Info 1. Make all necessary changes to the user s information. Password resets for any user who have forgotten their passwords can be carried out here too. 2. When all changes have been made click the Edit User button to save the changes.
32 Administration: Removing Users Administrators can remove users by clicking on the Delete User icon.
33 Administration: Removing Users Info If this account has any unused credits within it, the unused portion will be returned to your Corporate+ unallocated credits total. If you are certain that you wish to remove this user, click on the Delete Account button. Info All the images previously downloaded by this user is still licensed to the organization that owns the Corporate+ Account.
34 Administration: Adding Credits More credits can be allocated to any user by clicking the Assign Credits icon.
35 Administration: Adding Credits 1. Key in the number of credits you wish to add for the user. Info You may only assign unallocated that are available credits to any user. If you require more credits, your Personal Account Manager will be happy to assist you in your next purchase. 2. Once done, click the Allocate Credits to save the assignment.
36 Administration: Credits Removal Previously assigned credits can be removed by clicking on the Delete Credits icon.
37 Administration: Credits Removal Info Removed credits will be returned to the unallocated credits pool of the Corporate+ Account. If you are sure about the removal, click the Remove Credits button.
38 Administration: Audit Trail The Administrator can easily look at any user s download by clicking on the User Downloads icon.

40 Administration: Groups 123RF.com s Corporate+ can help organizations with large design teams to collaborate better and smoothen the workflow during the process of searching for and licensing digital content. Additional users were added to the Corporate+ to illustrator Groups administration steps.
41 Administration: Groups To access the Groups function, click on the Group link at the top of the Administrators Dashboard.
42 Administration: Groups 1. The groups listing is currently empty as there are no groups in a new Corporate+ account. 2. Click on the Create Group button to create a new group for the Corporate+ account.
43 Administration: Creating a new Group 1. Select the members that are to include into the group. Multiple selections can be made by pressing the CTRL key and clicking on the usernames. 2. Click on the Add >> button to finalize the selection.
44 Administration: Creating a new Group 2. Fill in a Group Description for the new group. This will be the group s name. 1. Members who will be part of the new group will be listed here. 3. Click the Create Group button to save your selection.
45 Administration: Creating a new group The new group is now shown in the Group list. Info Why group? Members of the group can: 1. View and collaborate on group lightboxes 2. Use group credits to download content 3. View licensed content by the group The administrator may create as many groups as required.
46 Administration: Editing Groups Administrators can edit group memberships and description by clicking on the Edit Group icon.
47 Administration: Editing Groups 2. A group s existing description can also be changed here. 1. Membership to the group are controlled by this select boxes. 3. Click the Edit Group button to save the changes made.
48 Administration: Deleting a Group Unwanted groups can be removed by clicking the Delete Group icon.
49 Administration: Deleting a Group Info If a deleted group has unused credits left within, the remiander will be returned to the unallocated credits pool of the Corporate+ Account. To delete this group, click on the Delete Group icon.
50 Administration: Adding Group Credits To issue download credits to a group, click on the Add Group Credits icon.
51 Administration: Adding Group Credits This shows the groups download credits usage summary. Fill in the amount of credits the Group requires, and click on the Allocate Credits button.
52 Administration: Adding Group Credits The number of available credits for the group is now reflected in the Group List.
53 Administration: Remove Group Credits Assigned credits can be removed by clicking on the Remove Group Credits icon.
54 Administration: Remove Group Credits Click on the Remove Credits button to remove all unused credits from the group.
55 Administration: Remove Group Credits Notice the Group Credits is now 0.
56 Credits Usage Click on the Credits Usage menu item to learn how Download Credits have been utilized by the users and groups in the Corporate+ account in a visual manner.
57 Credits Usage: Applying Filters Click on the Search button to apply the date filters. Click on the All link to remove any applied filters. Click on the Calendar icons to filter and view credit the usage history within specific date periods. Info: Even at a glance, the Administrator is able to tell how each user or group has been using the credits allocated to them. Note: Only users or groups who have used their download credits will be listed here.
58 Credits Usage: Detailed View Clicking on any user or group will display a list of thumbnails with information of content that were downloaded by the particular user or group. Each content info panel shows you the Image ID, Size, Download Credits used and the date of download.
59 Administrator s Download History Click on the Download History menu item to learn how Download Credits have been utilized by the users and groups in the Corporate+ account.
60 Download History Panels Here are additional options that you can use to narrow image results by a particular date or by specific Tags. The download history may paginate to especially when there have been many downloads in a mature Corporate+ account. Click on the arrows to advance to the next page. The main Download History panel behaves very much like the search results pages. Floating your mouse over any thumbnail will produce a larger preview of that particular content. You may also click on any of the thumbnail to view the content and its details.
61 Filtering Download History Results A B C Info: You can use various filters to view your Download History. [A] Show content downloaded during a certain month and year using these drop down options. [B] You may also choose to view content that were downloaded using Personal User credits or Group credits or both [C] Content with certain tags associated with it can also be used to short list files in the Download History. [D] Click on the Download CSV button to access a Comma Separated Values file containing metadata and other download specific details of the content licensed through the Corporate+ platform.
62 Clicking on the View Tags link under any image detail will show the tags associated with this image. Viewing Image Tags
63 Viewing Image Tags Clicking on the Image Thumbnail will also bring you the content detail page. Content that have been tagged will now display all tags associated with it just below the Photographer s info panel. [A] A
64 Other Download Info Clicking on the number of Total Downloads for an image will tell you the user or group under which the download was made. Clicking on the Sizes information will show you the downloaded sizes of the content.
65 CSV File Contents The CSV file contains the following information: ContentID Description Keywords Tags Resolution Credits License URL Date Downloaded by User Downloaded by Group Info: You may use the information inside the CSV file to import data into your Digital Asset Management software or use the metadata to embed IPTC data into your licensed content.
66 Changing your Password Security Tip We recommend that you choose a password that: 1. Is at least 6 to 15 characters long 2. have a mixture of alphabets (a-z, A-Z) AND 3. contains numbers (0-9) as well. Once you receive your Corporate+ Administrator s password from your Account Manager, we recommend that you change your password immediately to secure your Corporate+ Account. Click on the Change Password link to change your password. Please key in your old password and then your new password. Repeat your new password in the Confirm New Password textbox. Lastly, click on Change Password to save. Please note that passwords are CaSe SeNsiTiVe.
67 Logging out of Corporate+ When you re done working with your Corporate+ account or if you are going to leave your computer unattended, please log out of your Corporate+ account to prevent unauthorized access. If you leave your session idle for 10 minutes, you will be automatically logged out as well. You may log out at any time by clicking on the Logout link from the menu bar.
