3 ATS Release Ntes This dcument prvides a brief explanatin f what was fixed and implemented with this release f Advanced Title Search Release Date: April 14, 2014 Pst-Installatin Cnsideratins On the day f the release, it is highly recmmended that yu delete Temprary Internet Files and Histry prir t lgging int ATS. Deleting Temprary Internet Files and Histry (MS Article ID: ) The Temprary Internet Files (r cache) flder cntains web page cntent that is stred n yur hard disk fr quick viewing. This cache permits Internet r MSN Explrer t dwnlad nly the cntent that has changed since yu last viewed a web page instead f dwnlading all the cntent fr the page every time it is displayed. Administratrs can custmize Temprary Internet File settings t prevent mdificatins. Cntact yur System Administratr if yu cannt access the Internet Optins dialg bx r the General tab. Steps 1. With Internet Explrer pen, click the Tls icn. 2. Select Internet Optins. The Internet Prperties dialg bx displays. 3. On the General tab, lcate Brwsing histry and click thedelete buttn. The Delete Brwsing Histry dialg bx displays. 4. Select Temprary Internet Files. 5. Select Delete. 6. When cmplete, click OK. If yu are using Firefx t access ATS, cmplete the fllwing steps t delete Temprary Internet Files and Histry n the day f the release. Steps 1. With the Firefx brwser pen, click the drp-dwn menu, mve yur cursr ver Histry and select Clear Recent Histry; r Click Tls frm the tlbar and select Clear Recent Histry. 2. Frm the Time range t clear drp-dwn, select Everything. 3. Select nly Brwsing & Dwnlad Histry and Cache. 4. Click Clear Nw. 5. When the items are cleared, clse all Firefx brwsers, then repen Firefx. Nte Be patient when perfrming this task, if the Temprary Internet Files flder cntains a significant amunt f web page cntent, then this prcess may take several minutes t cmplete. 4 Fixes The fllwing items were crrected in Advanced Title Search 6.8.0: FTS Cmmunity (SR ) Crrected an issue with Len Cunty autmatic searches failing. (SR ) Crrected an issue with t many referenced dcuments causing a search timeut in Putnam Cunty. (SR ) Crrected an issue with incrrect data surce messages being displayed frm the ATIDS data surce. Crrected name and address parsing issues frm the tax sites fr Brevard, Sarasta, St. Jhns, Clumbia, Gilchrist, Hendry, Nassau and Plk cunties. TSS Cmmunity (SR ) Crrected an issue with the city tax Pay/Due dates in Williamsn Cunty. ST KC Cmmunity (SR ) Crrected an issue with Platte Cunty, MO assessed valuatin frm the cunty tax site. ST IL Cmmunity Crrected issues with images saved frm the Ck Cunty RO site. The file sizes have been reduced t imprve dwnlad and viewing respnse times. Crrected an issue with an invalid warning f Missing City Tax dcument displaying n Ck Cunty rders. Crrected an issue with the Will Cunty tax site dcuments nt saving t the TSRI. ST CO Cmmunity (SR ) Crrected an issue with a Denver search nt cmpleting due t an incrrect name filter applied t a prperty wned by a Trust. Advanced Title Search Release Ntes April

5 Enhancements FTS Cmmunity ATS will nw perfrm autmatic GI wner name searches n the RO2 ( data surce. The ATIDS data surce will nw display a warning message if a user attempts t perfrm a subdivided legal search withut specifying any f the Level 1-3 values. The fllwing Data Surce changes were made: Gulf, Len, Levy: RV disabled frm autmatic, DG set as main surce. PI has been activated in the parent site fr all cunties. RVI has been disabled in the parent site. ST CA Cmmunity The Prperty Insight data surce has been implemented fr the fllwing cunties f Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Dieg, Riverside and Orange. The cunty tax sites have been implemented fr Fresn and Kern cunties. ST OH Cmmunity (SR ) Added new autmatic searches f the Marriage Index fr Franklin Cunty. (SR ) Buyer name searches will nw nly save Federal Tax and Child Supprt Liens. ALL Cmmunities (SR ) An exprt t Excel feature has been added t the User management mdule. The Ggle Maps (GM) data surce has been enhanced with the fllwing features: Yu can nw view an interactive map by clicking n the address in the Descriptin clumn f the TSRI. The interactive map allws fr zming in r ut; panning frm side t side, r up and dwn; r switching between Map r Satellite views. Three buttns are available belw the map: Reset Map resets the map t the default settings Center t Marker Centers the current map t the marked address Save Image Replaces the image saved t the TSRI with the currently generated map These features are als available in the parent site (it is imprtant t use the Save Image buttn befre saving the dcument t the TSRI).
