Beginning (Important) Installing the theme To be able to use Appointway Wordpress Theme, you need to install Wordpress on your server. If you don't know how to do it, please visit: To install Appointway theme, just put the theme folder Appointway theme in themes directory under wp-content and activate it from the Wordpress admin. As soon as you do that, your website would get ready. Creating the Pages You would need to build new pages from Add Page menu and select the Appropriate Template for each page. For Blog Choose the Blog Template from Page Attributes. For Fullwidth Page Choose the Fullwidth Template from Page Attributes. For Contact Page Choose the Contact Us Template from Page Attributes.

2 2. Activating theme and Plugin Just install the theme to your dashboard and activate it, as soon as you activate the theme it will ask you to install the plugin for the theme at the top of the page. Have a look at the image. After that it will take you to the following page

3 3. How to create a appointment service When you want to give the service of appointment then you have to first make initial settings of the service. You have to create a service name and set the price in it. Then it will create the service. Have look in the image. Adding Date Slot In this section you can select the time duration for the service and also you can select the working days in that particular date time. Adding Time Slot In time slot section you can give the timing of each days, i.e. the working time. It will be more clear from image

4 Like wise you can create a service in the theme. Now from front end a user can book his/her appointment. Adding the image how a guest user can book its appointment

6 And when a guest user books its appointment then he/she will receive a confirmation for the booking of appointment. 4. Setting Up the Homepage. Specifying logo and favicon Please go to "Appearance -> Theme Options" in wordpress admin and enter the URL paths of your logo and favicon into the appropriate fields under "General Settings". And also you can give the contact details to the right side of the header. And also you can add the contact number on which you want to receive the call when a users calls you from mobile. Please note here that the Tap To Call function will only work on mobile devices. Follow the image for the reference

8 5. Slider Settings Just Upload the Images to the Slider from the Themes Options Panel and the images would start to appear on the Home Page of the Website. Slider image and slider link can be easily inserted with the help of the Options given below.

Home Page Feature Area Adding Home Page Main heading And Sub heading Just go to Appearance -> Theme Option -> Home Page Feature area From this section you can add the heading and subheading of the home page which will show just below the slider You can refer to the image from where you can add your text.

10 Home page feature heading and fetured area. You can add the main heading of fetured area and the content of featured area from here. As shown in image

11 Testimonial Section In this you can add the content of testimonial section. Here you can add the images and description and also you can write the clickable text of testimonial and add the link where you want to redirect the user. Shown in image

12 7. Home Page Feature Sidebar In sidebar of the theme you can add your Timing and address. This will be useful for your appointment timing and address.

14 Modifications can be made easily by adding the css code in custom css section. We have provided seven color options with theme, you can change them according to your requirement.

15 9. Social Logos From this option you can add social logos to your website, You have to just add the link of your social icon

16 10. Footer Settings Here you can write the footer copyright text.

17 11. Building Fullwidth Fullwidth Layout To create a Fullwidth page all you have to do is select the appropriate Fullwidth Template from the Page Attributes.

19 12. Building Blog Blog Layout To create a blog page all you have to do is select the appropriate Blog Template from the Page Attributes. All your blog posts will be displayed in the Blog Page. You can change the page in which you want to show the posts by altering the posts page in the Reading section.

22 13. Building Gallery To create a gallery page you have to first select the Add New from the Pages section in your dashboard. Then give the name of the page after that select the fullwidth template from page attribute section and then select the image for the gallery from Add Media button above the editor. After that you have to select the images for your gallery and then click on Create a new gallery as shown on image. After selecting a Create a new gallery you will be redirected to the page where you have to select the number of columns which you have to show on the gallery page. And then click on the insert gallery. This will create the gallery page. Here is the preview of the gallery page.

24 14. Contact Page Contact Layout To create a Contact page all you have to do is select the appropriate Contact Template from the Page Attributes.

26 15. Building Menus Menu with Menu Manager Appointway Theme has an inbuilt feature of displaying all the pages and sub pages in the menu. However you can also built a custom menu using the Menus option under the Appearance Section. You can also change the order of the menu according to your requirement by simply drag and drop the menu items.

27 16. Building Dropdown Menus For making dropdown menus all you have to do is add new page Then name it for eg. Submenu 1 and set any of your pre developed page as a parent page for which you want to create dropdown, after that select template & click publish button.

How to add Widgets Widgets in Sidebar For adding widgets in sidebar all you have to do is select Widgets option from Appearance panel, then drag widget of your need & drop it in primary widgets area or in secondary widgets area according to your requirement, at the end click save button and your widgets are ready to use.

32 Widgets in Footer For adding widgets in Footer same as sidebar widgets all you have to do is select Widgets option from Appearance panel, then drag widget of your need & drop it in First footer widget area, second footer widget area, third footer widget area and fourth footer widget area according to your requirement, at the end click save button and your widgets are ready to use.
