3 About this Guide The purpose of the Admin Console Guide is to assist the Enterprise Administrator to configure, manage and perform specific tasks from the Mobiliya Shoonya Admin Console. This Admin Guide does not cover any technical architecture of this Application. Getting Started About Mobiliya Shoonya Mobiliya Shoonya is a cloud-based Enterprise grade xmdm (Extensible Mobile Device Management) solution for Android devices. It is the only MDM+ solution that combines device, workforce and attendance management together. Mobiliya Shoonya can be customized to suit a variety of industry specific segments and verticals. This is one of its kind fully customizable, white-label ready enterprise grade device management solution. Key Features Security The Mobiliya Shoonya MDM+ platform offers advanced security features that are critical for every enterprise to secure key corporate data. These include: Locate, lock and wipe device Enforce encryption Enforce device management Set password rules Restriction policies (BT, Wi-Fi, Camera, Screen Capture etc.) Voice & SMS only mode Audit logging Provisioning With Mobiliya Shoonya, you can configure devices within a few minutes. 6 2. Admin Dashboard The Admin Dashboard gives a quick overview of all the account activities. This includes: 1. Licenses MDM Plans: Admin can see the various plans purchased along with the status of MDM licenses purchased under each plan. Admin can assign, manage, upgrade and purchase new licenses from the Dashboard. Add On Plans (if any): This section shows the status of licenses purchased under MDM Add On Plans that comprise of Attendance Management and Field Force Tracking. Users This column shows the total number of Active Users of Mobiliya Shoonya app as against the total number of users added in the Admin Console. 3. Devices This column displays an OS-wise breakup of all the devices added to Mobiliya Shoonya. Hovering the mouse over the chart shows the number of devices by OS. 8 4. Compliance Status Compliant: This column shows the number of on-boarded devices with all policies enforced successfully. Non-compliant: This column shows the number of on-boarded devices failing to enforce one or more policies. 6. Users On-boarding Pattern This column shows a graphical representation (Month-on-Month data) of the number of devices on-boarded on Mobiliya Shoonya.

Complete the New User form by entering user details & click Save.

3.2. Import New Users Admin can select this option to add bulk users. 1. Click on User Management from the Left Menu. 2. This will display the list of users already added to Mobiliya Shoonya. 3.
