Cookies and browsing history will retain previous web portal information preventing the updates from functioning therefore restricting data from populating. One of the web servers have to be restarted or taken offline due to a problem. Cookies may contain the web address to the specific web server preventing the trading partner from access the web portal. Clearing the browsing history and cookies will allow the trading partner to connect to one of the other eight web servers. Below are examples of how to clear the browsing history for various internet browsers.
