1 Overview Tax Information Exchange System (TINXSYS) (For CTD Officials) Tax Information Exchange System (TINXSYS) is a centralized exchange of all interstate dealers spread across the various states and Union Territories of India for CST Dealers. Anybody can verify the counter party dealer using TINXSYS. Apart from dealer verification, Commercial Tax Department (CTD) officials will use TINXSYS for verification of central Statutory Forms issued by other State Commercial Tax Departments and submitted to them by the dealers in support of claim for concessions. At present dealer s data can only be viewed by CTD Officials for verification of dealers. At present, the States participated in TINXSYS are Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal. 3i Infotech has developed a website to view the dealer information of all states in India. 2 By Clicking on I Agree button on this page, you may get an alert message on security measures by prompting Do you want to proceed? By Pressing yes the following page will be shown: This page will prompt for Login ID and password. Every officer in the department will be given a unique user and password. After typing login and password, click on Sign In button to login. The following page will appear. The following options are available on the page under Search Criteria: 1. Dealer s Search 2. Form Verification 3. Change Password

3 1. Dealer s Search appear To search for any dealer, click on dealer search link, the following page will The dealer can be searched in 3 different ways: a. Search by TIN No. b. Search by CST c. Search by Dealer s Name Click on any one of link and supply TIN/RC or part of name you and click on search button and it will display the dealer s information incase found in TINXSYS database, otherwise it will display No Dealer Data Exists. By Clicking on Search by TIN the following page will appear: result is displayed: After supply of TIN Number and press on search button the following

4 The result of input TIN Number is shown above. Similar kind of queries can be made by supplying CST (RC Number) or by supplying part of Dealer s Name. 2. Form Verification Form details issued/verification can be done by selecting form verification link after successful login from the first page of login. The following screen will appear after clicking link on form verification.

5 In this screen you choose any form type(c, E-1, E-2, F, H), then enter series no of selected form and serial number of selected form. We selected C form type, entered series no 13P and serial no of selected C form. Then click on search button, the following output will display.
